sell them and plant the rare seed. it actually takes one day less than a whole season so it should be fine if you plant it immediately on the second day and don't miss watering it a single time, so place it next to a sprinkler.
Try to be friends with Pam her favourite thing as you may imagine by being a client of Gus she loves beer and any alcoholic drink. Once you level up friendship with her she will give you a reward that will make easy for you to identify fish seasons and spawn regions.
Grow ONE for tea leaves (that only produce in the last weeks of seasons) and sell the rest. It’s actually a really good way to make money to sell tea saplings. Speed runners use it to make fast money.
The tea saplings are worth a lot of money, BUT they are 'permanent' plants that are always in your farm, even in winter (even if they aren't producing during that season). I actually like to use them as fences for my livestock, since the animals can't walk through them, and since normal fences degrade over time.
Ohh, just noticed you smash mouse button to buy a lot of seeds, but you can instead use "shift + click" to buy 5 at a time or "ctrl + shift + click" to buy 25 at a time.. Corn regrows, so you're gonna be swimming with a lot of corn with that amount.. Since you have the tea sapling recipe, you can use them for profit by making at selling them and you can use them as fences as well.. You can also utilize your mushroom cave for tea sapling, since you can convert those brown normal mushrooms into fall seeds via seed maker when you get one the ones you might have a hard time getting would be wood and fiber, especially fiber… Thanks again for the fun watch..

You should get some amaranth seeds because Marnie has a quest where she asks for some for her cows. They take 7 days and you need the scythe to harvest them. She only needs one plant, but it is also a liked item that you can give her for friendship.
I didn't see the rare seed, so don't forget to plant it. You can plant a few tea saplings, but you make very good money selling the saplings.
First off sell the majority of the saplings, they each sell for 500 gold but also i lile to keep around 5 to ba able to make tea with as its a good gift for townsfolk and gives a energy buff, also catfish only appear when its raining, another thing is PLANT THE RARE SEED, i cant emphasize this enough, it takes the majority of the month to grow and giving the fruit it grows to the statue in the secret woods gives a PERMANENT boost to your max energy

Quick tip: you can hold Shift while buying or crafting stuff, it will automatically make 5 thngs instead of 1 (so if you want to buy 50 seeds from Pierre, hold Shift and click 10 times – it's much quicker than clicking 50 times)

By the way, the chance for a giant pumpkin happens overnight when a 3×3 area of fully grown pumpkins are watered. This means that you'll need to wait the 13 days for them to grow then continue to water them without harvesting.

Use the Tea Saplings as a hedge. It doesn't deteriorate (unlike all other fencing), looks REALLY good, and gives you tea leaves.
Don't forget to plant the rare seed you bought from the traveling cart

Sand fish is from an area you have not unlocked. You may unlock it by sacrificing all your money for the community center.

You need to make sure that you're fishing in all spots in all types of weather. Some fish only spawn when it's raining

Sell price of tea saplings is broken, so if you wanna be very rich, sell them. If you'd rather have the tea and get rich gradually, plant them.

If you hover over an item in your inventory that is needed for the community center, the community center icon will pulsate 😀
