How to Cannon-Cheese Plantera (Master Mode) | Terraria Boss Guide
Oh, the terrifying Master Mode Plantera… Will be planted as an exotic flower and obliterated with a cannon today! Here’s how: Buy a cannon and cannonballs from the Pirate NPC. Kill yourself or NPCs on hardcore difficulty seven times. Make a cemetery biome by placing 7 tombstones, then craft 30 beehives using a heavy workbench.
Then craft around 100 target dummies. Place target dummies until they become untargetable. Release bees from beehives, then destroy the last targetable dummy and the bulb. Find Plantera; she’s just lying somewhere. Leave her with 2 lines of blocks. Go 35 blocks below and place a cannon, then target it to shoot upward.
Build a 24 block-wide room below, place two teleporters and a button. Equip cannonballs. Now you can run to the right and shoot with the cannon while avoiding Plantera’s projectiles completely! In the second form, just stand still and finish the job! Easy-cheesy!

Several notes:
1. I proposed beehives instead of critters because it's much faster to obtain them. I've received a lot of feedback on the complexity of collecting critters, so this alternative is for you! 🌟
2. You don't need any armour – the boss will never hit you, so it's zero damage strategy. Don't equip any boots either – the default speed is just fine to avoid projectiles!
3. Don't use bunny cannons here – bunnies fall down before exploding and might kill you
4. Technically, you can reduce the distance between Plantera and the cannon if you wish to observe what's happening, but keep in mind that normal enemies can despawn, and Plantera has a chance to spawn her tentacles in her 2nd form. With a 35-block gap, they won't target you even if that happens! 🌟
