Past couple of days so what why is there no noise okay there we go I was worried that the sound had gone and be the past couple of days it just seems to have got a little bit worse so um I lit as you

Can tell from wet hair um I had a shower and just like a whole host of it came out so I quickly called my mom who used to be a hairdresser to kind of get a vague opinion on it and see what her thoughts were um but which would none

They didn’t tell her anything about ha L when she was a hairdresser um so yeah so we’re just going to kind of see how it goes but because of the phone call and obviously my mom being my mom she wanted to talk to the kids as well um it ended up

Taking a little bit longer than I expected so yeah apologies about that that doesn’t sound great yeah no it’s I don’t know what it is I mean it could be like obviously we’ve looked into it and there could be a multiple multitude of reasons um I’m not by the way I’m not

Panicking about it or anything so like yeah it’s it’s just one of those things I think like it could be stress it could be hormones it could be a whole host of things basically but um obviously because I was quite ill last year when I got Co and I’ve basically had like some

Form of illness since then it’s probably just my body is just stressed as [ __ ] essentially oh god I’ve that like three times um so so yeah so we think that’s probably going to be the cause of it but we’re going to look into it a bit more um and

See see what’s going on but yeah that is why I’m late um but yeah it I’m wasn’t about to be like oh yeah no I took a bit longer doing something yeah you know body functions and body stuff is what it is so I thought I’d let you guys know

That that is what is going on at the moment I think um I will say that I don’t think it’s coming from like the root I think it’s just breakage so I think that it’s just my hair is just not in a particularly healthy place at the

So so yeah crepes lemon and sugar is the ultimate crepe uh the pancakes I made today were sourdough pancakes which are more of an American style pancakes so like the thick sort of Pancakes um and they were um yeah I had like a strawberry sauce on it which I got from

The shop and wasn’t a big fan of it not sure if I’ll do that again uh I think we go fishing should we go fishing yeah I think we should go ising um so so yeah that was a bit dis point but yeah the boys had uh is it

Um the OBS just doesn’t like pancakes so right pancakes sourdough pancakes specifically so um yeah so for anyone who doesn’t know about um uh about sourdough um you so when you make sourdough you mix flour and water and it over time creates the starter and you have to feed this starter cuz it’s

Basically a living organism type thing and but the thing is when you feed it what you have to do is like discard a portion of it otherwise you’ll just end up with a [ __ ] ton of starter um and you’ll end up having to feed it like cuz

It’s normally done at like a one: one ratio so you have one like let’s say like 10 G of starter to 10 G of water to 10 G of flour basically um And if you carry on doing that without discarding any you’ll end up just having having a ridiculous amount you’ll have to feed it a ridiculous amount and it’ll just be a disaster basically so what people do is they discard some of their sados stter and then they some

People throw it away some people keep it and use it for weird and wonderful recipes such as sourdough waffles or sourdough pancakes or sourdough biscuits or cookies souro crackers is quite a big thing um you can do sourdough discard bread as well uh and various things like that so

Yeah so I basically had some extra sourdough St to um sat downstairs and I was like well it’s pancake day so I’m going to make some some pancakes with with my starter um and I mean like it does obviously give like a slight tanginess to the pancakes but it’s not

Like like it doesn’t make them s or anything like that you know it’s not uh an offensive taste or anything which is why people eat them um OBS might be a waffle oh my God maybe OBS is a waffle guy maybe OBS is on Ryan’s team disg

Graceful just got a burger on Pancake Day you know what I had a burger for dinner so I had a burger on pancake day as well um would it make more sense for tomorrow to be for Wednesday well the thing is um oh God this is I can’t even

Remember why it’s called this but so today is shove Tuesday which I think is meant to be like the second Tuesday of the month or something uh it’s I think something to do with probably religious stuff I can’t remember all I remember is that I really like pancakes so I used to

We say that I’ve managed to do in this game like across platforms uh cuz I’ve got this on I’ve got it on PC I’ve got it on switch I have it on my Xbox I don’t know how much time I spent on it on my

Xbox but I think we worked out where it was like yeah over 500 something like that would you say it’s worth it if you enjoy this type of game then yes if you enjoy like a game where it’s pretty chill you know there’s not necessar there’s like obviously objectives and

Stuff but you can just kind of Do Your Own Thing um you know if you want to have a farm you know if you want to have animals it it’s one of those games where for some people it probably could get really really boring um purely because there isn’t a particular

Goal you know like it doesn’t feel like there’s a particular goal um and it can be a bit like aimless but if you’re able to create your own goals and create your own um sort of like targets I guess like you know I don’t know reaching a certain point in

The minds or you know if you want to just have your farm be nice and complete and you know things like that so in that sense it’s it it’s going to be really hit or miss depending on the type of person you are if you like farming Sims

It will be a perfect game for you because it it is the ultimate farming Sim at this point um if you’re big on combat the combat I don’t think is like particularly exciting I guess is the best way of saying it there’s you know it’s not particularly special the combat um

But like for like like I said I mean I have played this game yeah like 500 hours or so and I keep coming back to it um you should try pun punkin Panic it looks like it’s for you okay I’ll have to have a look at it

Um but um but yeah no yeah star is one of those games where like I will obsessively play it for a very very long time then I will will have a really really long break because I burn myself out on it but then I end up coming back to it

So you know and for me it’s definitely been worth the money cuz like I said I mean you know 500 odd hours um when I originally probably spent 15 quids getting it you know it’s it’s it’s definitely been worth it for me this actually a lot clearer than I was

Expecting oh [ __ ] okay I was expecting it to be less clear um absolutely worth it it’s a super replayable game because the main game Loop is not too plot based you yeah so yeah so it’s it’s not like you’re going through based like you create your own

Story you’re not going through trying to find like a specific story God that would be amazing um you know and there’s there’s not like things that um there’s there’s not like a beginning middle and end is that the best way of saying it you kind of create your own and I mean the

Developer is always adding extra stuff as well like there’s a whole new island you can explore and stuff like that so yeah it it’s there’s a lot and I think he’s still he’s working on new update as well if I remember rightly so ah come in the Wizard AKA abig girl’s

Doesn’t have to specifically be for games as well that could be just like if you have any suggestions for the channel if it’s like video content or stream content or or anything like that um then you can yeah just post in there um I’m worse than you um and I was so happy

Like the boys watch a lot of stuff on on there like they’ve got their paw patrol films and things like that so yeah Plex is just uh very convenient um but yeah ads ads are just getting insane at the moment uh right so let’s actually I’ve got another

Best money I spend each month there is more to premium than just the lack of ads I know that um you get YouTube music with you do you get YouTube music it with a YouTube see I use Spotify and I can’t be bothered to split over to a different

Um uh music player thing oh God I wonder what that was then I saw the hand and I was thought there was some kind of weird creature in my farm um but uh but yeah no it it I don’t think I’ve ever used yeah I don’t think I would switch from um

Spotify or anything like that I don’t know what else what other stuff um YouTube premium offers toer um I watch about six hours of YouTube a day at very minimum so I’ve got uh so I’ve got so I’ve got enough out of it that I

Actually want to pay for it yeah I think I think like I Pro I do watch like a fair amount of YouTube so it probably would be beneficial but it’s just it’s it’s a cost I’m not not kind of willing to uh pay yeah pay there we go uh

Especially not like a monthly cost it’s just yeah I I’ll endure the ads for the time being um I’ve had premium for like a year or two and I prefer YouTube music because you get the same music and add free for the same sort of price as just

Cuz they uh he was doing like a um uh like a chat plays type thing so chat could play Tekken with him and I was like no I I when it comes to combat I just I button SMH so me and Tekken would not uh would not quite go hand in hand

Unfortunately cuz it’s like I think like I think you can Parry like you can block which I think I actually managed to do possibly for the first time ever in this game just now um I never remember to do it I just hit and hope for the

Best and see that there we go we survived um would you like uh would you like to become a a fulltime streamer at some point or you just do this as a hobby I mean if everything goes well the community community keeps growing um I

Don’t know I mean to be honest with you the the thing I would say is like I don’t know that I have like the drive to do videos enough to become a full-time like YouTuber at least like YouTube SL streaming things um because yeah I don’t know like I I’m I’m not

Like big on um uh like content making I guess is the best way of saying it um so I don’t know if that would be something that would eventually potentially happen um I would like to stream more regularly I would really like to get to a point where like

Um you know where we can have memberships and emotes and things like that but less so for kind of like because I couldn’t be like oh yeah look the channels grown it’s it’s less for that more for the idea of like I just like the idea of having a little

Kind of community and being able to you know play games with people and um you know have people that I can chat to uh whilst you know hopefully being vaguely entertaining and stuff like that um so yeah so I don’t know if I’d necessarily ever become full time streaming sort of

Thing I don’t know I mean to be fair I I essentially like I probably do because because I’m I’m technically self-employed uh because I do stuff for my aunt um but I probably do not too far off a similar number of hours streaming technically as I do working um

So I guess I kind of already sort of am like at least a part-time streamer I guess if that if that makes sense uh selling most people that want to make their livings only from streams not from vods end up swapping to the purple platform YouTube doesn’t make things

Easier for streamers it yeah it they really don’t I mean in in the it’s kind of frustrating because it’s like because YouTube definitely does favor um people who post video content and the thing is obviously when you stream and your stuff goes to vods the vods actually don’t really do

Anything like they’re not like at least from my experience like if you try searching for a game or searching for um for for vods of something you don’t actually really see them like you don’t see like unless someone’s uploaded it as a video you don’t really get vods as options to

Watch watch um unless it’s like a big streamer so like basically once youve finished a stream it kind of just dies um and that’s kind of what ends up happening and then the thing is if you also don’t post enough content uh like as videos then you run into the issue of um

Uh it may have changed since last year um but when I stopped posting videos as frequently or even shorts as frequently um my live streams stopped getting put out again I don’t know if that’s changed but yeah should also to promote your channel and get more subs although I

Don’t know what the point uh what to what point that would be worth it since I’m a m took it uh it took ages to the last short you edited yeah I think um I think the thing with shorts as well so I don’t know sorry I’m sniffing into the

Microphone um so um one thing as well so I don’t know if anyone knows about like how um like monetization and stuff works on YouTube channels but basically shorts count differently to videos and live streams so video and live stream watch hours are one thing um short watch hours

Are a separate thing so I could get a whole load of um watch hours on shorts but it would do nothing to help um get monetization or it would do nothing to help um uh like boost the channel the only way that it helps is by potentially getting

Subscribers but the only issue there is that a lot of people that Comm uh consume short content aren’t necessarily interested in watching live streams so the conversion there is quite small um so it’s just kind of yeah it’s just working out if the time is worth it um and I just I

Just haven’t kind of got into the um got back into editing since I got ill last year so I I do need to um need to look back into it again uh if I remember correctly you need to reach 500 Subs first uh before you can make your money

From YouTube so it’s um so there there’s two levels to it they recently introduced um a new tier so originally you had to have 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours for um videos and live streams shorts I can’t remember exactly how much is but it’s like a certain number of views on your

Shorts so it’s slightly different um but um there’s now so that’s for like ads and then you’d get like memberships and all of that they’ve now introduced a new tier which is where you need 500 subscribers and um 3,000 watch hours and that will enable you to get community

Funding or fan funding I think is what they call it so that’s basically where you can get uh super chats you can have memberships and all that so originally you had to wait until you got to the 1,000 uh subscriber mark now they’ve made it so you can guess it a little bit

Earlier um but obviously for a lot of people it’s still like that’s still a ways off um I think I works out I think he needs to have like at least 7 hours of watch time per day to be able to hit 3,000 watch hours in the course

Of a year I think um so for people who are like live streaming every day and have like you know at least a few people watching every day you know hypothetically you could do that um but without videos to help it’s it can be quite difficult to to reach that the

Only reason that I’m any semblance of possibly reaching that is because of my roadter video that is carrying this Channel at the moment in terms of watch hours um so um yeah so that’s kind of how it works to a degree there is more

To it but yeah um right I think I got I still feel like every day I’m just like not doing a huge amount so we went to the mines we’ve got a few things so we’ve got some amethyst that we could probably donate um I don’t think we should sell anything

But at least we got to level five of the mines actually we got to level five we’ve done something we kind of got somewhere uh right okay so let’s go so I feel like in the first like season I guess it is it’s not really a month but the season um I feel

Day one can you see oh I can’t tell if you can see there’s a butt over that way way so yeah that’s what I did on day one I was doing gestures gestures and I drew an I um which was uh drawing with with drawing with waffles it’s really difficult to say her

Name but she was doing like a a stylized eye thing and I just like copied it basically um and then this is the [ __ ] that I did today it’s uh it’s something it’s something you know but uh yeah I’m just kind of like seeing how it

Goes so yeah if I were to do a uh drawing stream that would be the quality you’d be looking but yeah I’m just doing like a little bit at a time um was that uh my Melody if it if you’re talking about the jellyfish I don’t know if

You’re talking about the weird little rabbit type thing I don’t know I saw it on a top of a cake and I drew that I’m not sure still better than mine the thing is I spent ages like doing the um drawer box like lesson one and I I

Got partway through the um um uh what was it the uh what was it the um I got partway through the 250 Box challenge um and yeah I I don’t feel like I improved massively I’m not going to lie um the rapit rabbit type thing it’s a Sano character

Oh see I went on Pinterest and I found a cake and I just like to look at the character on top so I was like I’m just going to quickly draw that and see how that goes but if it is the thing that you think it is then look at that you

Recognized a thing that I drew so there’s an achievement in itself your farm is so cute thank you it’s um obviously I I feel like the mods are quite heavily carrying it at this point um I’m currently got the um what’s it called uh I think it’s the earthy mod I

Think that’s the kind of style that it is um and I feel like that definitely I I just love the way that it makes the uh makes the ground look that’s probably the only bug bear that I ever had with this game was just the the yellow soil

Kind of bugged me a little bit um right let’s do we need to do some watering don’t we uh it’s still progress always something to be proud of I mean yeah I mean the thing like I’ve never been good at um what is it uh the the thing uh not perspective uh

Proportions proportions bug bear Dungeons and Dragons mentioned oh yeah is that I want is like is bug bear like is that always has that always been a thing just from Dungeons and Dragons or was that a thing like a saying before that cuz I just know it as a saying I

Didn’t even realize it it was a thing from Dungeons and Dragons um but um what was I saying oh yeah proportions um yeah I’ve never really been good at like I’m not good at eyeballing stuff and getting proportions right which you can probably tell from the fact that I

Drew like hips about a mile wide on one of the pictures um so that’s one of the things that I’m trying to improve and I think that’s part of the reason why they say to do um uh gestures for figure drawing so gestures for anyone who doesn’t do drawing uh gestures basically

Like what is even the term for it it’s kind of just they’re like rough ideas of the figure in front of you so like you draw the overall shape the outline and that’s kind of it really you don’t really do much detail it’s all about the flow of the

Figure sort of thing um I didn’t even realize it was just saying but yeah that that’s why I’ve been uh why I’ve been doing um gestures because that’s what kind of one of the things that they recommend for proportions and stuff uh who is your favorite NPC character in

Staru Valley you know what I don’t like it changes quite a lot I always quite liked Sebastian um I always had like a soft swap for Sebastian because he’s my basement dwelling uh it guy for those who don’t know I I am married to an IT guy he

Isn’t basement dwelling but I think he probably would have been um if anywhere in the UK had basement um so I don’t I don’t know like I always have a soft spot for Sebastian I think he’s probably my main my main guy um but then I don’t

Know then but then sometimes like cuz I’ve done um I’ve done a lot of the um what is it the like heart scenes with a lot of the different characters but I’ve not done it with all of them so I feel like a lot of them I kind of just

Know over stuff it’s really bad like I’ve played so many hours of this game and I still don’t know some of the characters 100% cuz I haven’t done all of their their heart scenes or anything so I feel like there are some characters that I may like

More if I kind of spent a bit more time on them um I quite like is it Alex the one the the guy the one who works out a lot I I quite liked him I married him at one point in this as well um Sam I kind of

Likes I can’t remember who I can’t I can’t I genuinely can’t remember like it because the thing is as well I I with staru Valley it’s one of those games where I play it for a really long time and then I come back to it after a

Very long time and so by the time I come back to it I’ve like forgotten different parts of it so like I’ve forgotten people’s names I’ve forgotten which has which personality trait and things like that um so I I remember I can’t I remember quite liking

But I can’t remember if I’m kind of muddling him and Alex up a little bit in terms of which one I preferred if that makes sense um yeah those are kind I think those are the three that I’ve married I don’t think I’ve married

Anyone else so far cuz I I’m going to be honest I play a lot I don’t really do the um the like gifting stuff I’m stingy and I don’t like giving all my all my stuff away not having any money so um I do end up generally like not gifting anyone anything until

I’m in a really secure place on my farm and that normally takes me so long that I don’t actually get to that point because I have taken a break and then by the time I go back I have to restart my farm cuz I can’t remember where where I got to

So that’s typically how my staru Valley games end up which is part of the reason why I wanted to play this for stream because I was like if I play something on stream there’s a level of commitment to it so I can’t just restart the game I have to continue so

I’m hoping if this becomes like a a more longstanding series that I will actually do stuff I haven’t done before because I will have to I have to stick with the same Farm but uh but yeah and I’m going to try and um oh God I need to improve my

Combat my combat is awful at this on this uh but hi Colin is it modded yes this is modded um it’s not um heavily modded so I’ve got um oh God I installed these last week so my brain is already forgotten which ones it was but um I’ve

Got one which is kind of like a a overall quality of life type thing so like the stuff in the top corner you can see so like this saying like what type what level of luck we’re at today uh things like that um so I’ve got that

Because I’ve got really bad memory and so anything that helps me remember things or um anything like that then I use that um and uh the rest is mainly just Aesthetics so I’ve got the uh the Earthly kind of uh mod uh I’ve also got there’s another mod which is linked to

That which is basically change it changes up like the building color schemes and things like that um but otherwise there’s not really like a huge amount that I’ve modded on this um I might add more mods at some point uh but at the moment those the only ones uh cuz

I I kind of panicked and was like okay I need to um add these things uh like now because I I think it was literally like an hour before stream or something um so yeah and i’ I i’ never modded staru before that as well or I tried to but failed

But like just didn’t properly do it and I ended up uninstalling it so but uh yeah no it’s I I I I don’t really like the idea of like adding too much to change the game play too much I might eventually do like the um the expanded mod or something like that just

Because I feel like that adds just more to the game play rather than like making things easier if that makes sense so I say if that makes sense a lot because apparently I don’t make sense a huge amount and I feel like I need to be validating it and

Checking uh how deep do you think you’ve ever gotten in the M so in this mine I’ve got to the bottom of it um in the Um in skull Cavern I don’t think I’ve got that far because I to be honest with you I always got scared I always got really scared going in skull Cavern so I very rarely went down there and I think um uh what is it what’s his name uh C

He’s like one of my favorite guys as well is kobus isn’t it I think it’s kobus um he sells aridium sprinklers uh like every Thursday I think it is or something and so my way of getting around going to skull Cavern was basically just to buy iridium

Sprinklers from him and not uh and never go to skull cabin again so I’ve really not gone that far down unfortunately um crus every Friday that was it that was it every Friday um creature has accent is adorable and sorry for the late response it’s so funny because like

Obviously for me like my voice is one of those things that I’ve always really disliked because I’ve got like a low voice um so it’s always funny when people say that I’ve got like a nice accent or got like a a nice voice or anything like that cuz it’s like really are you

Sure um but uh but yeah as as Finn says I’m from um like I I I’m not I’m I’m from South England but I’m more Southeast so I’m not like Bon uh southern accent um in England but yeah um uh yeah yeah I think it is kabus yeah

I first make my character in St you and plan out who I’m going to marry who I’m going to be friends with Etc see I I would oh God I didn’t realize I was already going um yeah I I I I would love to have the like commitment to doing that it’s

One of those things where I always say oh yeah I’m going to do this or I’m going to do this and I get really excited I’m like yeah yeah yeah I’m I’m going to this is going to be my character this is what they’re going to

Have done and things like that and I just I either forget I need to build a freaking scarecrow why have I not built a scarecrow build a [ __ ] scarecrow um but yeah I’ve NE I just I always end up going against that I think

It’s because I uh I got to be honest in games I tend to be a bit of a good a goody two shoes and I can’t help it and so the issue that I have is that I end up um why can’t you go there oh I need to be standing there don’t

This game oh why did I pick up um like it it it’s ridiculous the amount of different that I’ve played through this game and I’ve never I think I don’t I don’t think I’ve got Beyond like year three I think I think I’ve got to year

Three and that’s about it I always just give up halfway through and go back to my main game I have a ton of Unfinished games that are barely even past spring same same I feel that one 100% um I think my longest save is like

5 Years cuz I keep starting yeah I the thing for me and it’s the same across any game that I play to be perfectly honest is I have a tendency to um what is it uh uh like I will obsessively play a game for hours hours

And hours and hours and hours and then I will just stop and that’s kind of it I just I stop and then it may be a month down the line it may 3 months down it may be another year down the line but I eventually go back

To the game but my brain is like oh well you know oh bollock it’s a Wednesday it’s a Wednesday I can’t make iron bars you joking um but yeah so I I I will get to such a point where I’m just of like it’s been so long since I’ve played the game I

Need to start over cuz I don’t know what I’m doing I don’t know who the these people are who’s this character that I had for 3 years I don’t freaking know um so yeah so I end up starting over again um and then the cycle it repeats the

Cycle just repeats once more um and yeah it’s just like yeah I just every game every single game that I play it happens uh for example like I’ve been playing a lot of Boulders gate recently um I say recently um it’s I I hit the stopping point last

Week and I haven’t picked up in about a week after playing it obsessively for about two weeks um and I probably will have to start over because even though I’m in act three for one of those characters I’m in act three I’ll probably end up starting over again

Cuz I won’t remember what’s gone on I won’t remember it I won’t remember how I was roleplaying my Barbarian though probably as a massive goody to shoes um so yeah that’s probably what’s going to happen it’s like I am today oh I didn’t mean to give that to

Graveyard keeper stream at some point um I say a stream it would Pro it would probably have to be a series for that game um but one of the things with graveyard keeper on switch which is where I was playing it it doesn’t have all of the

Dlc’s so you can’t actually get all the DLCs on switch for graveyard keeper and so there was me like I I I found someone had a spreadsheet of like Optimal ways of playing graveyard keeper which was my [ __ ] I was like yeah cool I like this I

Like this Excel spreadsheet I’m going to use this and then I realized that half the stuff didn’t make sense because I didn’t have half the other half of the content that they were talking about so that was a bit gutting so I with that I think if I were to play graveyard keeper

Again I would 100% um uh Do It um on PC and I and I would make sure I had all the DLCs this time around uh use fertilizer yeah yeah yep cool so we donated some stuff um literally the oh no uh and and you’re probably going to hell for

Had no space it’s literally in the tutorial it’s like it so basically at the beginning of the game before you unlock The Cremation stuff it is not it is it is he tell like the the talking skull tells you or just throw it in the river and it will float down

Stream like genuinely is one it is a thing but like uh but yeah no so um so the um I had to use the wiki to figure out the eming process yeah the eming process is to be fair a lot of the stuff in in graveyard keeper is very very

Confusing um especially when you start doing like the dealing with different value body parts and stuff it’s very it’s very strange um but but yeah no I I roped a lot of people in with that with that game um it was just fun just like confusing people especially new people

Chat asking for help with it um so but it’s it’s absolutely fine so same as it is in window settings sorry for d um but yes OBS okay um so hang on let me just grab this and then I’ll quickly have a look in my OBS settings have a

Look we’re doing Tech troubleshooting that we are that we are and it’s been the thing is it’s been months since I faffed around with this stuff so a lot of it is is over my head so um um Um oh God I’m worried that if I add something because the thing with uh so for those of you who have never used a roadter the issue is that if you accidentally change something in your OBS settings it can completely muck it up so I’m a bit reluctant to do too much

Just in case I do accidentally do something but if you um so if you go let me just have a look so so when you put it in the a so is it in the audio mixer that you’re trying to do it are you doing it as an input capture or an output

Capture I factory reset three oh God I yeah I have I have factory reset my roadcast just so many times I had a panic actually uh the other week because there was a a driver update or something there was some kind of update that came out uh for the roadter and I installed

It nothing was working and I couldn’t figure out why nothing was working and so oh no no no no that was it no the update failed to install and so I tried to reboot the roadter wouldn’t turn on it was completely blank would not turn on I had to basically do a

Complete power cycle on it and completely drain any remaining energy which for those of you who’ve never done it before is basically where you unplug some any kind of electronic and you press and hold the power button if you hold it for like 10 to 30 seconds that should drain whatever remaining energy

That thing has inside of it cuz even if you unplug something it still has some kind of energy in it left over um but yeah luckily I was able to um to get it to work okay right um input doesn’t work output works but slider doesn’t adjust the audio in OBS oh

Interesting and I’m guessing when you’re talking slider you mean the physical slider on the roadter is not adjusting it in OBS um I’m going to be honest and you might not like the answer that sounds like an issue that I had I think that’s an issue

That I had before and that was one of the ones where I had to do a a reset um because it’s it’s this weird Comm I I don’t know why but there’s this weird communication issue between the roadter and OBS I don’t know what causes it um

And why it’s such a big problem um but generally I found at that point I had to do a factory resear again this is if I’m remembering correctly um but that sounds very much like an issue that I probably had a couple of times and that’s

Normally where I’d gone in I’d added the audio inputs or the audio outputs or whatever and something had accidentally got hued up in the settings and then everything got confused Um unfortunately I can’t think of anything else that would help fix it I’m like it it is that yeah I’m I’m pretty certain if God how did I miss that um I’m pretty certain that that’s what I ended up having to do when that when I ran into that issue um cuz I

Because I’m guessing does it when you adjust the volume and stuff does it adjust in your headphones and it just carries on in OBS or like yeah um one time I was playing SII Valley and I just got to your two and the device I was using broke and 10

On all my oh God that must have been so painful oh God yeah that must have been painful like the amount of times like when I was younger I used to have um my um like my Nan’s partner used to build like laptops and stuff and oh God I

Always do that um and one of the things that he would do was if there was ever a problem he would just completely reset the entire laptop um without telling you so you would just lose everything like everything in the um uh on the laptop and God and it just

It drove me absolutely crazy and obviously this was before you had like Cloud saving and stuff like that um so I imagine that was painful uh this has drove me mental um yeah like like I want to actually reset my PC to see if that I mean the the thing is like genuinely Um cuz I cuz when I got this when I got the roadcast I was banging my head against a wall like I got so angry and frustrated with it because it was just like trying to get the thing like the way I’ve got it now so pleased with it

It works exactly the way I want it yes occasionally something will go slightly wrong and I panic but like since I managed to get that configuration done it has worked wonderfully for what I’ve needed it to do um but it is one of those things where

Like when I first had to do it I genuinely was getting so angry with it like my husband was looking at it as well trying to get it configured um and I mean we both worked on it for hours trying to get it to work um and it wasn’t until um

We finally kind of came across the you know the factory reset and stuff so genuinely I can almost promise you it’s not an issue with your PC it is some communication thing between the roadter and OBS I don’t know if it’s I want to say it’s probably more on the

Roadter end because I had to go XLR before I had the roadter and I never went through this kind of rigal so I don’t know what it is the roadter have done that have made it so it just does this weird communication issue um but yeah it

I can almost promise you it’s not an issue with your PC it’s just something with OBS and and roadter and I’m pretty certain that even cuz I even tried it I think in stream laabs OBS as well and that I think it was the same problem

Where I was I was having the same issue because I I got to a point where I was considering just completely switching over to USIC okay uh to using um streamlabs instead I was like maybe it’s just an OBS issue but no it was across the board so it’s some

Somewhere it’s the it’s the roadter just not communicating and it’s because the factory reset is what fixes it to a degree kind of um but yeah the the only way that I managed to get asked that was literally just following the steps I did in the video

Um obviously some people are going to have certain like are going to have slightly different setups some people are going to have um oh God I keep pressing the wrong button um so unfortunately it’s one of those things where it may need tweaking for your PC um but you’re more than welcome there’s

Um I have got a disc ORD so you’re more than welcome to pop in there if you do have any other questions or any problems with it I would try doing the reset and S and trying to just follow what I did in the video like exactly if you can

Obviously because you’re using a dual PC setup there is a slight difference there but if you can just try and follow it as much as possible um and I’m yeah I’m more than happy to help in in there if um if you do have any other questions

Said this is going to be our first 24hour stream no um so generally my streams are normally about two hours so I start at 8:00 p.m. we in we’re not in summertime are we it’s winter uh GMT um and normally they finish around about 10: I probably will do maybe like one more

Day um and then head off to bed CU as I mentioned my youngest has got a play date tomorrow morning I need to take him for which he’s very excited about um all right let’s see we got anything oh no it’s I like the fact that so up here it

Now tells you if there’s like a recipe or something on the thing um missing lost axe okay so Robin’s axe is now available for us to find okay let’s let’s collect all this uh Jo just a bit longer than usual I guess yeah it like I don’t I wouldn’t

I did this really stupid flipping oh God I can’t remember I can’t remember what I said I said something stupid about like it being my face and it was the one it’s not the greatest one out there or something but it’s the one I’ve got so I

Can’t remember it was just so stupid um I think it was like I was I didn’t know what a a not awkward way of doing a face reveal was so yeah uh and we got our eyes blessed I don’t know if I’d call it being blessed I’m going to be honest um

Right okay so we’ve got potatoes up here we’ve got kale down now let’s put some tulips down here um and then I guess Jazz seeds I guess can go here did I not have any jazz seeds down before I can’t remember um past since we’ve got there okay so that’s all

Good um okay I’ve got let’s just go put some of these down clear some space clear some space but yeah you are right I I really do need to get more chests cuz it is becoming unruly at this point just noticed that was was missing

Thursday the plan is there um I know I said that I was going to be updating the Discord events earlier but uh not going to lie got sidetracked and ended up not doing out um I will probably do that tomorrow maybe I don’t know it might not happen this week

Because uh the kids are at home it’s half term here so I just very easily get distracted from stuff um so yeah hopefully I will um update the Discord but I should be streaming on Thursday and Saturday like usual provided I don’t get ill again which just seems to be the

Recurring theme at the moment um yeah like cuz like I’m not going to lie earlier I was like oh my God CU um with the stuff that was going on with my hair I was like you know I might just not I might just not stream today and then I

Going to be what as of yet uh but we will be doing both days with um osaurus um we will be doing um for both streams we will be starting off with cozy Grove so if you like kind of chill games then cozy Grove is something you might enjoy from Texas

Move to UK okay I thought it was you but then I I remembered that um uh CU obviously Colin was in the Stream around about the same time that you said that so I was like hang on there were two new people one of them said they were from

Texas and moved to the UK which one was it and I was pretty certain it was you but I wasn’t 100% so good that I remembered I just doubted myself um but um yeah so we’ll be starting both streams with a bit of cozy Grove um one

Stream will be darkest dungeon which is not a cozy Grove type game is quite a stressful game but yeah so one of that is one game that we’ll be playing um and the other one which I’ve tried to start for 3 weeks now but I keep having to

Cancel the stream but uh it falls the stream day that it falls upon is the dark side detective which is a pixel detective Supernatural game um so that’s the other game that we’ll be playing but yeah I don’t know which day will be which at this point uh right so we’ve watered

Um oh yeah I was going to do some some wood stuff wasn’t I let’s get the AEL let’s cut some trees down right Acorn now hopefully I’m trying to think of how many chests I want to make like do I want to go all out and just get loads

Or I think I need I need like maybe three I think if I stick with three for now that might be a good basis can I get a yippe for deforestation isn’t that one of the sound things isn’t that one of the rede redeems I think you can I think you can

Stop the fences from decaying cuz that was one of the things that really annoyed the [ __ ] out of me because it just like you’d have just everything all of a sudden would just go arai and you’d lose all of your fences and you’d typically have no wood or no stone or whatever you

Needed to make the fences um so yeah that is one of the mods that I do have installed on here um right okay so how how should we organize this I think we need a crops um a crops bin I guess uh see the thing is I’ve only got three

Chests so I don’t know what the best way of organizing is going to be um did you increase the volume of the knocking door or sound effect I remember it being too quiet I didn’t actually let me just quickly I’ll do it live for you um for those who don’t know so the

Pinned uh you have no yay know you P I don’t how disgraceful I really need to change that um for those who don’t know so basically so by being in my chat and actively chatting you get points through my bot um and basically the the link at the top of the

Um uh the Pinn comment has a link which will take you to the uh like Redemption page so you can redeem different um uh like sound effects you can also uh redeem various other things can’t remember what they are right now my brain’s not quite there um but uh

But yeah so um if you are interested in any of those then you can so I’ve just updated it I don’t know how quickly that will work we’ll see but yeah but I like w more to be fair W is is amazing um right yeah I’ve increased the volume on the

Door knocking I don’t know how much of a of a difference it will have made we might have to increase it we’ll see um right so Okay so we’ve got crops on one side Um there is another another Redemption on there which is I think 1,500 points or something uh where you can put a quote in our bot and uh as you can see that is the one quote we currently have I don’t even remember the context

For that one but there it is um so you can uh if you redeem the quote redeem you can actually add a a quote to um to the bot as well um which is quite fun uh right let’s see I think like obviously I want to keep hold of that

Comment I don’t know exactly how the bot picks up but it’s basically um every five minutes if you are active in the chat then you will gain um I think it’s five five points I think five 10 maybe 10 um and uh so when you um it’s basically

When YouTube kind of hicks up that you’re in chat then the bot can read that you’re in chat as well but if you do exclamation mark points uh it will tell you how many you’ve earned um since you’ve been in chat so it it’s not the

Perfect system but it’s kind of like the closest system that I could find that would work for YouTube everything else is kind of twitch based um so yeah so it was a bit difficult to find any any alternatives really uh right let’s I think we need to clean up

The farm a little bit let’s let’s do some let’s do some tidying clear up some space I think is what we need to do uh right let’s get rid of this stuff um actually can I I can build a furnace do I have enough for a furnace I don’t think I do I

Do I can build a furnace I need stone I have stone I just realized I never got around to building first I think like it’s weird like there are certain things that I I normally would be like right I need to get this and I need to do this streaming just completely throws

That out of whack for me completely forget right cool let’s go so now we’ve got a copper bar going CU we can actually upgrade our tools at some point that’ be good so the gamble command is a scam don’t fall for it made my life worse uh

So basically that so with the the points or ghosties as they’re also known um they basically um are uh there there are a couple commands that you can use them with so there’s a gamble command um which is basically it says does what it says on

The Tim um you don’t get anything other than more ghosties or less ghosties as the case may be in Mao’s case um but uh but yeah so there’s the Gand there’s also the heist command uh which you may see a couple of people use uh where you

Basically have like it’s just like a little story but again it’s just another way of playing around with your points um and always Les coasties um and those are the only two commands you can use the points on like interactively I guess is that like to

Try and earn more points I guess is the best way of saying it um but uh the other way that you can use points is like I said through the link uh that’s pinned at the top of chat that will show you one what command are

Available um oh and the Dual command yet like like miio said um but there’s also um the uh like loyalty store so you’ve got sound commands that you can redeem so a s a specific sound will play on stream um and some of them we haven’t tested so

Some of them might not work but I if it doesn’t work then I normally will refund the points um and there’s also like a couple of just like stream based ones like there’s one which is like end stream there’s the ad quote one there’s a hydrate one which is one of Mao’s

Favorites um and and yeah there’s a there’s a couple of options that you can mess around with um I do need to play around with it a little bit more maybe like add some more stuff to make it a little bit more interesting um but it’s just one of

Those things that I just haven’t got around to doing yet including adding a uh a ghosties command the hyro command is my way of saying hi it is like I like I almost sort of like expect it right at the beginning of stream when I’m saying hello I’m like if mattio is

Here there will be a hydrate any second now um right so I don’t think there’s really much in the way of um forage bues but we will have a look and see I keep meaning to like open that b up cuz one of the things with with this

Game that I always neglect is that if you clear like the the weeds and stuff in like different areas like here or um uh like well at basically anywhere in the world you’re more like apart from the farm you’re more likely to get like um forage BS like leaks and like spring

Stuff uh so like the Dandy lions and things but I always just forget to like clear the space for it oh my inventory is full why did I come out with a full flipping inventory um I mean I don’t really care about sap right let’s go put all this stuff

Away cuz it’s getting late it’s getting very late my Farmer will pass out there we go got one thing that I really miss about like a later game staru Valley is the fact that you normally get there’s a ring which is called a glow ring that

You get and oh my God does it make life a lot easier cuz you can actually see or I could I guess do the logical thing and actually you know like place like torches and stuff down but that would just be you know too intelligent right okay cool I’m happy with
