Giving Terraria an outline ─ More visibility = Better?

While I was browsing Terraria workshop, I found something looks cool: It had a thumbnail of only outlines showing with hallow inside! That looked cool, sadly that is not on the market… You can, however, put an outline on some enemies and projectiles, with these packs.
