I played Terraria for the first time..
[Music] what’s going on guys welcome to Terraria now I’ve been meaning to play a different game on my channel and in my last video Sebastian Flores suggested that I should try this out so here’s my playthrough of Terraria I took the liberty to create a character beforehand and I’m going to play as this one as you can see it has my name my signature blue theme with the hair and all that and I’m going to play I’m going to create World from scratch uh change the name pug doia that sounds nice small classic is fine now corruption or Crimson let’s let’s go with Crimson okay uh looks good create our world has been created now let’s just jump into a Game Stop and we’re here who’s this guy Garrett can I kill him o i I get a sword right from the get-go so tab I think toggles the mini map here okay so number keys for my inventory let let me Harvest some wood that’s how you should start every Survival game right Harvest wood an acorn well at least they give you a sword and all these tools you know when I played valheim you had to make everything from scratch so that’s nice how do I go into my inventory Tre oh it’s Escape obtain your first Hammer via creating or otherwise okay okay I’m going to remove these things from here don’t feel like I’m going to need them quite yet oh I see a crafting menu a workbench okay I think I’m going to set up shop here oh what else can I make what the is that oh he shoots him for [Music] you tungsten or okay bird I’m just going to chop up more wood and make some uh armor for myself I mean it’s just wood armor but it’s better than a squirrel come here you can hit him I’m going to let him go can you eat the acorns I don’t know another one of these oh no come here come here H cobweb he just fell in a hole now he’s underwater come here oh that’s put you here six I think I have to is this okay yes look at at that now how do I make a light source there we go torch gel and wood I knew they were useful nice can I place it down yes one here nice I’m going to make some more and and put him on the hot bar I guess it’s called nice let’s go exploring I will cover this for now so I don’t fall pretty sure you get fall damage in this game I love the be the the desert biome or something Cactus I should probably be mining the cactus nice can you eat these cuz in real life you can eat cactus do you even need to eat in this game I don’t see like a hunger bar or something what is that ant lion um no it spotted me it’s not attacking me oh my God yes it does okay you have to go I should probably be digging cuz I don’t think there’s much on the surface um [Music] oh no this these are way too powerful more powerful than the ones on the G what what is that a vulture no okay um go go away no go away please you okay [Music] M oh my God please die no I’m really low on health die no no no just one more hit no maybe two no no die okay yes a goldfish you don’t drop anything okay let me just dig here I made a furnace right yes I’m just going to mine this bit and just head home and like melt them and make some stuff with it okay I’m just going to make the weapons first nice it’s probably not a good idea but let me just go and explore even if it’s night time Garett the guide was slain okay is that permanent or is he going to respawn we’ll see this thing shreds snow snow block ice block [Music] okay I don’t know what I’m going to use these for but it seems important uh am I even ready for this biome I don’t know but let’s just healing potion let’s just explore anyway I’m sure it’s going to be [Music] fine what is that I just saw an Eskimo looking thing Eskimo or esimo I don’t know Eskimo probably but I saw one [Music] here hello more lead I’ll take it snow blocks I wonder if I can use these on the regular biomes or it’s or is it going to melt we’ll find out oh should I even be here [Music] oh no no no no oh I can’t see put put one down okay what’s this can I mine [Music] these Life Crystal permanently increases maximum Life by 20 right click how do I use it like like this oh nice what are these topaz die please nice it’s not so bad you uh okay spoke too soon I cannot see any it’s not so bad what is that a piranha um oh I can throw these oh these things can hit what just happened okay let me just explore this side and you can go to hell oh it just takes one hit now [Music] nice a sandstorm [Music] I don’t appear to be losing health I’m going to keep going I mean for a pixel style 2D platformer it looks really good the game’s beautiful uh vulture you’re no match for my sword [Music] oh the sword has a knockback I didn’t realize [Music] that what’s this oh no no no no no piranhas [Music] what’s this [Music] biome what the just killed me okay I’m not going to go there anymore I’m going to go back into the snow biome I don’t know much about this game at all so I don’t even know what I’m doing or what I’m supposed to do I’m just exploring I hope it’s fun to watch I don’t know if you’re watching this please leave some tips in the comment section on how I should progress the game or if I’ve done anything wrong in the game it’s going to help me out a lot so thank you in advance what the hell is that a thing that I do this video guys I’m sorry if you can hear car noises outside like that um I can’t record late at night because my doctor told me not to so I have to record in the evening where cars are active so yeah that’s why the car noise is in the background but I hope it’s not too distracting I’ll try to reduce those while postprocessing the audio there’s some tin here that I [Music] wanted click it platinum I’ll take that blizzard in a bottle allows the holder to double jump I will definitely take that and equip it throwing knives okay healing potion sure Dynamite yes I’m going to put these can I take the chest as well now yes I can I’m going to check out this Viking thing uh put my torch here it’s probably going to kill me but okay I’m going to take care of this bat first oh you What’s going on guys, we are starting a new game today and I’m playing terraria for the first time. This will be like a terraria beginner playthrough and terraria classic mode playthrough. I definitely don’t know what to do when starting terraria, but after watching terraria playthrough jacksepticeye and terraria playthrough pewdiepie I decided to purchase it and now play it. I definitely need a terraria playthrough guide so maybe comment something like “hey here’s everything you need to know about terraria” or maybe “terraria first things to do”. But I had a lot of fun playing this game and I can imagine something like “I played terraria for 24 hours” but that’s too much so I won’t do it lol. I have a long way to go with this game and I need to face the terraria bosses and I need to learn some terraria strategies, also I need to watch a terraria starter house tutorial or something, because I don’t have a good house right now in the game. Hello again! Surprisingly,I am also decently knowledgeable on this game! So, the NPCs do spawn back,you just need a house. In order to make a house,you need to have a light source,a table,a chair,a background full of wall (its a craftable thing that you put on the backround),and the shoebox needs to be big enough. If you go into the housing tab in the escape menu,you can check if the house is valid. The guide ( the one you spawned with) is able to tell you what you can craft with an object,and helpful tips. In order to talk to him,right click on them.Also,just warning you,a small world makes a boss that is vital to progression,a good bit harder to beat,but definitely still possible. The bubbles are your air in water,btw. The main way of progressing,pre-boss is to mine down. Go to hell if you want(thats a biome in this game), but you wont be able to do much in there until you beat a boss. The other,more important way of progression is bosses. The big eye in the thumbnail is one, which can spawn naturally,or you can summon it yourself. The one after that is in the underground crimson/corruption. You will need a hammer to summon it. Also in order to get more NPCS,you need to make housing for them,and meet a certain requirement. These are pretty easy to meet without knowing. For the next boss,you need to find a structure with an old man outside. After that go to hell. The biome. Its only a matter of time in there before you accidentally summon it. Also, heres three fun facts: 1. Holding shift makes you automatically hold a light source, and realsing the button will put you back to the item you were holding before pressing shift.
2. Characters are transferable between worlds. So pugge (the character) could have 99 tin in pugtopia,go to another world,and still have 99 tin! (And anything else in they're inventory.)
3. Pressing cntrl will enable smart cursor! Automatically placing down certain things in valid spots, and mining things where you aim your cursor,and you control when place by clicking! How cool! Thanks for reading this if you did,becuse hooo boy this is long for the internet.

With 15 of a single gem you can create a gem grappling hook in an anvil.

this is wonderfully delightful, i know all there is to know about this game to be honest, but you're doing well so far actually!
my first tip would be to go into your controls and bind 'Quick Heal' to something, trust me it will be very helpful since you will need to use healing potions a lot
my 2nd tip is that you can actually use things out of the inventory, you just have to click on them and then drag them out of the main inventory slot to near your player.
the guide will come back after you build suitable housing (it needs walls, enough space, table, chair and lighting then it should be good!) and maybe if you collect enough money and have other housing some other people will come in ^^
you're going to have a lot of fun with this, please don't give up!

Kill the eyes of demons and get there lenses, go to an alter forged with demons and ores that radiate blue and gray, then craft the eye of moon defeat it with the might of a blade (or any other weapon) and salvage the remains to craft a sword of blood, one of the four…
You may want to search through the sky’s, or the underground snow. A sword forged with a fury of stars of a blade of ice, they would both be useful for killing the eye. Good luck
Man I remember the first time I played the game watching you lmao, you should get jungle materials from the underground of the biome like the vines or stings and check out what the guide tells you what to make with them (you can do that, just right click him)

smart cursor can be turned on to allow you to do things like have the game place torches for you, make pickaxes mine in front of you, axes target trees, and so on
the guide can be respawned by creating housing ie, a table/workbench, chair, light source, all in a room with walls.
3. you can ask the what a material can be crafted into.
4. acorns can be planted to grow trees
.5 fallen stars can be crafted into a mana crystal which permanently increases mana by 20
6.to stop monster from entering your house, you can place two doors, with one block in between them, monsters like zombies will open the first door, but will give up when they get to the second, all future monsters will give up when they get to the second door, even if the first one is still open.
7. letting more npc's move can give you access to more items. for example if you create housing for an npc, and you have over 20 silver, the merchant will try to move in the next morning, from the merchant you can buy a bugnet, which allows you to catch bait to go fishing.
8. for a body of water to be valid for fishing, it must be atleast 2 deep, and atleast 75 water blocks in total. for optimal fishing it should be atleast 300.
9. if you see small puddles of water on the surface, build up with rope, and there is a very high chance to find a sky island, if said island has a house and not a lake, it can contain valuable loot like the starfury sword(common), and fledgling wings(rare).
10. to fight bosses you can make an arena out of platforms, you can also place some campfires to increase life regen.
11. the corruption/crimson spreads. however during pre-hardmode it can only spread on the surface, so you can stop its spread by simply placing a sunflower on either side of the biome, to stop corrupted grass from spreading, this usually works.
also here is how to make a bed, first with iron/lead bars and wood you can craft a more advanced workbench, using this you can use wood to create a sawmill. with the sawmill you use wood to create a loom, with the loom you can craft cobwebs into silk, which can be combined with wood on the sawmill to make a bed. beds set the players spawn, and can be slept in at any time. when sleeping it speeds up time.
here are some more tips,
1. use the wiki, it is extremely useful, i have played this game for over 400 hours and i still use the wiki regularly.
2. six lenses can be crafted into the boss-summon item for the first boss, this can be done at a crimson/corrupt altar, in a corruption biome
3. if you dig deep enough you can get to the underworld
4. don't use shortswords, broadswords are much better
just play the tutorial

Step one: make a proper house. Tip: you need walls, light source and chair. Step two: gear up. Tip: try mining all the ores you can find and use potions to help you. Look for chests underground, they have good loot. If you find a gravitation potion, use it and look for sky islands. Make sure to try and look at all the things you can craft. Also NPCs. They are your friends. Make as many houses as you can and more will come and live in them.
The thing about this game is that there is so much that isn’t explained or immediately obvious so there is a lot to learn. If you want to know more I recommend either looking at the wiki or watching some YouTube videos.
a good starter armour is the jungle armour, its hard to get, but you should definitely try to get it!
