you need to craft a brush to scoop on the armadillo for the dog armor
Yes! A new video! And it is with trial chambers!❤🎉
Please don't die😅
Loving this series!
Gem pls add an ice castle! ❤
I would say that for the snow village i think brick would look really nice so maybe the styl could be brick + dark oak wood ( i wrote this comment before im watching the video )
Oh if only there was an enchantment to never have to worry about how many arrows to bring….
Madam Gem, you forgot your windows in the flechers house. I dont think you wanna find a ded villager 😢 be ause he jumped out the window😂
If you want an "in world" lore reason for the presence/use of woods not present in the biome. You could park a merchant's cart or two outside the gate, carrying logs, planks, a barrel with fruit, a few saplings to sell the vibe.
As an aside it makes me wish you could bundle leaves or have leaf "carpets"..or even just leaves of varying "decay states".
16:53 “more of a builder” … are we just gonna forget about geminislay?
Gem is great
This series made me so nostalgic for the last hardcore village that I rewatched the whole thing between this episode and last one 😭
armadillos just drop their scute on their own i think, like how chickens lay eggs
GeminiSlay acting like she's not a PVPer 😆
"Baby's dead, it's fine" 😂
I really want to find a Trial Chamber of my own now!
GeminiSlay saying she isn't good at PvP. 😏
I also employ the straight line method. But I do take a compass with me, just in case I get turned around.
Armadillos will naturally drop their scutes in the same way chickens lay eggs. You can also brush them, but that eats through the brush like acid!
HI Gem. I like what you are doing so far. You can mix orange in your Red builds to.
“You’re going to make me fight cave spiders. Then give me bread? That’s rude!”
I agree Gem! You should have gotten cake instead of bread!
I was going to suggest making a hill behind the shooting range, but a castle wall ought to do it =)
Fun episode!
I just bring a locator map with home on it 😛
Thank you, Gem, for keeping me company as I pack and prep to go back to college! ❤
I really needed a comfy Gem video today…only a week & a half into my first year of teaching and coaching, & I am beyond exhausted and stressed. Thank you Gem for existing. You are great.
🦆
A covered market or longhouse would be cool for a frozen village. Let these guys warm their feet!
I have a tip for the breezes
When they hit you in the air with wind charges, on the way down you can easily crit them with your sword or axe
The standard mode trial chanber is definitely for early game. If you're in late game the loot from the stard mode chamber is disappointing. Early game its useful.
oh my goodness cannot waittt to see how this goes!!!!
You can use vaults more than once, you just have a 30 min cooldown.
I think the issue with the gradient at the gate is that cobble is lighter that stone on a shading scale so you step down a shade before your darkest block aka deepslate
29:25 if only….
Gem, there is a room with loot behind the grate in the 4 bed room.
Truly Nice ❄️❄️
The 'raw meat' vibe of Netherack is pretty much intentional, but at least it doesn't look like it did in 1.12 which was very ick. The Nether was way too busy looking with that old texture. The now softer, smoother netherack may not be all that appealing still, but at least it does work as a splash of color for builds. Especially true since Mangrove was introduced; they work really nicely together. While the roof is small enough scale that you need a bit of time to get used to it, imo it looks great. When more of them go up, they'll all harmonize, and warm up the winter-y chill of your second biome home.
Loved this episode!
This was fun to watch!
And I'm actually very glad that Mojang is adding features like trial chambers into Minecraft that are accessible and fun to play and maybe specifically geared for early/mid stage players and casual players who maybe never really play to the endgame (hi, i'm one! i enjoy just building little things and planting fields and i'm a coward who doesn't often do enough mining to have full diamond armor or go into the nether or beat the ender dragon, i'll just get iron armor, maybe enchant it, that's usually enough for me), it's just that I think a lot of the people who are really active in the minecraft community, let alone big name enough to get their voices easily heard, are people who get through the early game stages very quickly and spend most of their playtime in the endgame fully enchanted diamond gear and all that, so a lot of the comments and feedback on new stuff is from that perspective, and i think some people might forget that not everyone plays like that. But, yeah, idk. I think it's nice to have features like this that a casual not super skilled player like me who never really gets super good armor or weapons or things can still have fun with
Gem, you should put a second bed in the fletcher home. They might be roomates, but they need the space
