The moving block trap IS possible to escape, as a youtuber Kenadian showcased, whenever your breaking a moving block, since its moving you start to break the block BEHIND it and it resets your mining progress, so I suggest breaking at an angle where on the other side theres air so you dont break the block behind it resetting your mining progress.
