Here is the seed. You spawn in a village with five Blacksmiths. There is a lot or resources in this village, including food, iron tolls and iron armour pieces.
The screenshots are from a mountain a short distance to the east,, where I found the double spawner. Which is also very high up for them.
The mountain range has a ridiculous amount of exposed iron and coal veins. I've got over 1 stack of iron and 3 stacks of coal after very little time played. Hope someone enjoys it.
Not tested on Java.
