I know that race from anywhere adrian is actually playing that one custom race mod that's the wendigo race
(you can move through walls and use a very spammable close range claw, he just needs to set up the hot keys) good thing he didn't pick the most busted race.

In my opinion it's great mod for first modded terraria walkthrough. Why? Because unlike Calamity it keeps a lot of vanilla stuff without confusing you, yet adding enough new content to be happy.
Only flaw is: Barely changed summoner class
