You don't need the pillers you can get frags from other people and craft the item to summon moon lord you can also get the golom alter from other worlds so you won't have to go in the dungeon
A lot of people accusing multiplayer which could be true but I know a lot of people who never finished actually the game, just hacked in a few late game weapons, some boss spawners, and "finished the game". This way, you won't have the jungle temple one or the pillar one, but you'll have the boss achievements.
Remembering my early days of terraria, I can see how this could have happened. I didnt even understand the concept of a cursor in videos game back then, I got my first ore by accidentally clicking in the right spot.
I also don't know if this is still the case, but I remember that "Enter the Jungle Temple" was weird so at some point so it didn't unlock when you use the key to enter the temple, it instead unlocked when you got a picksaw and used it to mine Jungle Temple Bricks.
I can answer this very easily for you. Co-Op world, where one player plays far more. Happend to me in my first ever Terraria expercience. I never made a craftingtable, never mined clorophyte, never fought Planterra, BUT I did kill Moon lord, I had a full armour and whatnot.

some achievements such as crafting a workbench were added in 1.4 so people who stopped playing in 1.3 or earlier wouldnt have it, which is why so few people have it

Pre made worlds, also I myself sometimes join a streamer doing a challenge and help them, that is one way they could do it- and I would not be surprised. Group worlds are also common so one person could craft a bench and then why would someone craft one if they already have it

you can buy anvil from merchant pretty sure and merchant sells also furnace in the jungle.
most of these are because some achievements were added before others

They did it all using free items servers and grabbed the best items then killed moon lord golem etc.
