Imagine Tango utilizing this mechanic in Decked Out 3. I'm SO ready.
Naturally spawning ones despawn when it's day so this doesn't work in survival because them naturally spawning is the only way to get them
unfortunately the creeking can't be name tagged and despawn during the day. I also believe I saw that they can not travel through portals.

Pretty sure the creaking heart has some comparator functionality too, where the signal depends on the creaking's distance from the heart (though I guess nothing would happen in the day)
Too bad the creaking can't be nametagged in survival. I would legitimately make the self opening storage systems
this is really fun untill you remember Creekings despawns during the day, you can't keep them spawned in, they can never be in The Nether or The End, and they spawn in a 16*16*8 cube around the Creaking Heart

The only problem is that the Creeking despawn during the day, unless spawned from the egg. So they're not practical for overworld in unmodified SMP. But I wonder how that works in the Nether. If you can summon and nametag a Creeking in the Nether, will it persist?
Now just make a texture pack where the Creaking has a train conductor outfit with a blue hat and blue suit and the railing system with them would be amazing.

You can do the painting trick but with maps designed to look like blocks.

The traps in Minecraft evolved so much that you can't even LOOK anywhere without getting fucking vaporised by 13 TNT minecarts.

Really really REALLY good video! I used to watch you back in the day when you had just a couple hundred thousand subs and havent watched you for the best part of a decade since then. Videos like these have brought me back though because these are a perfect successor to the videos ilmango used to make showing new mechanics.

only caveat here is that basically all of these would require the creaking to be summoned via spawn egg if you want it to be sustainable
Only issue is that the creaking does like to despawn, so outside of creative these probably aren’t feasible
