  1. Yayyy, more Stardew! I've been absolutely loving your playthrough of this so far, keep up the amazing work!
I see that title and immediately know we're going to be seeing my girl Emily this episode 😂

  2. I love your videos, and just wanted to offer a bit of knowledge. Just to help a bit without giving anything away!
(Feel free to not read it if you don't want any help! I appreciate your content either way! 😅)

I'm noticing you are a bit hesitant with the crops. But always grow and save at least one of every crop, random townspeople ask for things, so it's good to have a few options ☺️

And try to save at least 5 gold star of each crop! I save my top star quality of every crop, usually 20 of them (if I get that many, I sell anything over 20) every season ☺️

  3. Only about 10 minutes in, but to answer one thing you're wondering about… with the exception of the training rod, I'm pretty sure any fish can be hooked with any rod. Whether or not you successfully catch it is another matter entirely…
Edit… just watched a little bit further, and… YOU CAUGHT A PUFFERFISH ALREADY?!? That was insane beginner's luck! My jaw's sore from where it hit the floor just now… that's far from the hardest of fish to catch, but it's way above average difficulty.

  4. Don't forget to turn in items to Gunther and the Community Center. The rewards are good but mainly they progress the story by opening up new areas and activities.

  5. Little fun fact about that copper ore quest… it used to be possible to cheese it by pulling copper ore out of your storage chests one by one, and I have no shame in admitting that I used to exploit the crap out of that. But, ConcernedApe fixed that exploit several patches ago, so now you actually have to go get new ores.

  6. (Long comment ahead but you said you were fine with them so I am not apologizing!)

I think the reason I like this playthrough (and the Danganronpa and D:BH ones, maybe others but those are the ones I remember watching) so much is how positive and engaged you are about everything. You actually make an effort to know the characters and, though you might not like certain ones, you aren't constantly bashing them. You also treat the characters like actual people and not just characters in a game. Also, with this game in particular, you seem like you are playing to have fun rather than profit or maximum optimization, which in my opinion is how this game should be played. (No judgement to those who do like to play that way though) It's refreshing to see is what I am trying to say.

    Some tips now:
If you look at around 6:44 towards the right, you can see some bubbles in the water. Try fishing in that spot when you see the bubbles!

Also, if you look in your crafting menu, you might see a machine that processes trash (if it is unlocked, which I think it should be by now). You might find that useful for items labeled as trash to make them actually functional (besides Joja Cola I believe).

You may have noticed already at this point, but you have some items in your chests that can be donated to the museum. And a gentle reminder to keep an eye out for things that can be used in the community center. As others have said, it's the main way to progress in the game outside of socializing.

Reminder you can sometimes find people in the clinic next to Pierre's (though I am guilty of not ever going there as well so I don't blame you for never going there).

Lastly, when you hear a sound before the save screen (and see a little audio symbol in the corner, like what happened at 19:23 ), that means that something new has appeared on your farm or in the Valley. Go and explore when this happens and you might find a nice surprise!

That's all for now! Can't wait for the next video!

  7. Similar to what another comment below has said, you were my most watched / top gaming creator on my youtube wrap up🥰
Playstation gamer tips! I think you move your telly with square… stand next to it and press square and it should pop into your inventory (if not that, try your pickaxe!), then you just move to where you want it and press square again while hovering over telly in your inventory and it shoooould place! Failing that, moving the right stick on the controller makes a cursor appear and you can move things around with that, but i find those controls difficult to control so i usually use the square method! I hope that makes sense, I'm bad at wording things😅

  8. Ngl I love Alex, I’m excited for you to get to know him better:) he’s actually the one I usually marry when I play as a dude
Also I would donate the first you get of everything (except for a later rainbow mineral) since Gunther gives good prizes for donating items

  9. Idk if you'll see this in time since you said you were filming in bulk but try to get your friendship up with Sam soon bc he's the only character that has a cut scene that you can miss bc you can only get it in year one (I almost always miss it when I'm playing)

  10. Instead of buying joca cola, you should fish them out in the pond at your farm! You're guaranteed to get trash items in there, such as drift wood and Joja cola. Also, keep trash. You can recycle them in the future!

  11. if you look at 5 min in look for the ripple in the water in front of the basket in the docks. It is fish jumping and if you fish in it the chances and speed of getting bites increased

  12. Wheat is a handy crop indeedq but I would just plant those mix seeds. When your inventory is full and you catch a fish after you make space. You still have to click on the fish to get it into your inventory. And you know the backwoods (the north exit of your farm) is an easy road to Robin's and forage sits along the path. And you might want to visit Linus. Something interesting might have happen by his tent.
