So overall thrower is a terrible class. Calamity makes it so you have to wait to deal good damage, and thorium makes you wait after attacking for too long.
Easy way around exhaustion is just use consumable throwing weapons. Rating it D for exhaustion when there is an obvious intended work around doesn't make sense.
