Terraria is absolutely fantastic..

What’s going on guys, we started a new game , it’s playing terraria for the first time. This is the 9th Episode where, I fight the third and last mechanical boss or mech boss Skeletron Prime. Skeletron Prime is a Hardmode mechanical boss which is essentially a more difficult version of Skeletron. It consists of a head and four limbs, but, similarly to Skeletron, only the head needs to be defeated to defeat the boss. Skeletron Prime can be summoned manually using a Mechanical Skull at night (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM). It also has a 1/10 (10%) chance to spawn naturally at dusk once a Demon or Crimson Altar has been destroyed, as long as it has not yet been defeated at least once in the current world. If spawning this way, its arrival is announced by the status message “The air is getting colder around you…”. If Skeletron Prime is not defeated by dawn, it will behave much like a Dungeon Guardian: It will cease using its limbs and instead charge at the player at extremely high speeds, dealing usually lethal damage upon contact. Despite not looking up the commonly looked up things for the destroyer like how to beat skeletron prime in terraria, how to craft skeletron prime in terraria, how to summon skeletron prime in terraria, how to cheese skeletron prime in terraria, skeletron prime terraria expert mode, easiest way to kill skeletron prime in terraria, how to beat skeletron prime in terraria master mode, how to get destroyer emblem in terraria, terraria mechanical bosses, how to cheese skeletron prime terraria 1.4, terraria mechanical bosses guide or destroyer terraria. I managed to beat skeletron prime in terraria on the very first attempt. Next I used a bloody tear to summon the blood moon, fished in the ocean during the blood moon. I failed to spawn the Hemogoblin Shark or the Blood Eel. The Hemogoblin Shark is a Hardmode enemy that can be spawned by fishing during a Blood Moon event. When the bobber dips and the player attempts to reel in a fish, a Hemogoblin Shark, among other enemies, has a chance to spawn within a few blocks of the bobber in place of a fish. The Hemogoblin Shark can move extraordinarily fast on land, swim quickly in water, jump very high, and can fire a barrage of Blood Shot projectiles. The Blood Eel is a flying Hardmode enemy that can be spawned by fishing during a Blood Moon event. When the bobber dips and the player attempts to reel in a fish, a Blood Eel or another enemy has a chance to spawn within a few blocks of the bobber in place of a fish. Its behavior is rather similar to that of the Wyvern, though it moves considerably faster. It is one of the few entities that can be detected by the Lifeform Analyzer or its upgrades.
It is one of the few entities that can be detected by the Lifeform Analyzer or its upgrades. This will be like a terraria beginner playthrough and terraria classic mode playthrough. Next I accidentally spawned duke fishron by fishing with a truffle worm. Duke Fishron is a Hardmode boss. While he can be summoned as soon as Hardmode is initiated, he can pose a serious threat to new or underprepared players and should be fought later on in the game. Some players may challenge him with post-mechanical bosses gear, but most players may want to wait until post-Golem to battle him. Fighting Duke Fishron is completely optional and not required for game progression, but his defeat will reward the player with powerful weapons.
The Truffle Worm is a rare critter that spawns in the underground Glowing Mushroom biome during Hardmode. It is solely used to summon the Duke Fishron boss. The Truffle Worm will always be consumed upon summoning Duke Fishron. Items that reduce the chance of bait consumption such as the Tackle Box will have no effect. I did not look up how to summon duke fishron or how to beat duke fishron in terraria before the fight because I didn’t know duke fishron existed. I definitely don’t know what to do when starting terraria, but after watching terraria playthrough jacksepticeye and terraria playthrough pewdiepie I decided to purchase it and now play it. I definitely need a terraria playthrough guide so maybe comment something like “hey here’s everything you need to know about terraria” or maybe “terraria first things to do”. But I had a lot of fun playing this game and I can imagine something like “I played terraria for 24 hours” but that’s too much so I won’t do it lol. I have a long way to go with this game and I need to face the terraria bosses and I need to learn some terraria strategies, also I need to watch a terraria starter house tutorial or something, because I don’t have a good house right now in the game. Also I will be looking for the best armor for beginners in terraria and definitely need to figure out how to get good at terraria. I hope you enjoyed the video. Please like share and subscribe.

  1. After mech bosses you need to craft the Pickaxe-Axe to mine clorophyte.
After plantera you can combine clorophyte with Ectoplasm from the dungeon to get the best armor for mage.

  2. Good video Pugee, solid progress! Good luck on the Plantera fight, the only thing I can recommend for it is to make a ridiculously big arena underground for her, with platforms spread around so you can fly and land on them. Then, of course, the standars campfires, star in bottles, and heart lanterns. make sure to fight Plantera underground as well, as she enrages if brought to the surface, making the fight damn near impossible. good luck!

  3. Ayy, let's go! The Mechs are down, and the Jungle grows restless! Great progress so far!

It's always so funny to see someone organically stumble into a boss that they are in no way prepared for, and you delivered the perfect reaction to discovering the Duke. His drops may be unbelievably overpowered, but as you saw, he's also extremely difficult to beat. I'd definitely say that you should wait until the recommended time to give him another go. In the meantime, I'd also really suggest that you finally dive headfirst into the Jungle, not only to find out how to get the next boss to spawn (Everyone's favorite leafy MILF) but also to gather the remaining life fruits you need to max out your health.

Some minor helpful tips that you might find useful: by default, pressing B will automatically buff you with every buff item in your current inventory. It's really helpful for when you get 12+ buffing potions and don't want to spend an eternity drinking them down one by one. Also on the topic of buffs, consider buying a bunch of pumpkin seeds from the Dryad and planting them down. Pumpkins can be baked into pumpkin pie, which offers a really solid food buff to add some extra defense, life regen, and movement speed for a fairly decent amount of time.

Coincidentally, pumpkins are going to be needed for a special item you'll want later down the line to get some Spooky Season drops that may be fun to try out, although Mages don't absolutely need to try it out, it'll still be super fun to watch.

One last tip: a proper arena makes any boss fight infinitely easier, and will be borderline necessary for some of the harder bosses in the game. While an experienced player might take on the next two bosses without an arena, you'll definitely want to build them. Three or four platforms that spread out at least twice as far as your screen in both directions, along with campfires, heart lanterns and star bottles (For Mages to get some extra mana regen) will all be wonderful for making your future bossing all the easier. I don't want to shame that cute boss arena you set up in the jungle, but any arena of that size absolutely is not big enough for the mid- to late-Hardmode bosses.

I'm just in love with this series, and am really appreciating just how fast you're able to pump these videos out. I suppose that means that you're really enjoying this amazing game! Maybe you'll give Expert or Master difficulty a try after you beat the game on this world?

  4. Very good video, Pugee. Since you've just beaten the mechanical bosses, I recommend mining Chlorophyte in the jungle with the Pickaxe-Axe and spelunker potion. Also collect Life Fruits. This is in preparation for fighting Plantera, which can be summoned from a randomly generated pink plant (Plantera's Bulb). I recommend creating a more box-like arena to circle around Plantera while attacking her. In the second phase, I won’t spoil it, but try to keep your distance from Plantera as much as possible. I also recommend getting the Bezoar to negate the poison debuff. It has a 1/100 (1%) / 1/50 (2%) chance to drop from Hornets and Hardmode Moss Hornets. Also because you found the shimmer you can throw a life crystal into it to regenerate health faster and throwing a life fruit will give the aegis fruit that gives permanent defense. That’s all. Also, I’m a big fan❤️
Edit(you can use honey in arenas to get faster regeneration)

  5. Next boss: plantera
