He would usually chill in the Underground, but once he tried to explore the Corruption. He found some Rotten flesh lying around. When Pedro ate all of it, tomorrow he woke up as a Devourer. Then he heard "HARRUARRGH", as if the Wall of Flesh was defeated. Cursed flames started appearing in the Corruption Caverns, and when Pedro consumed some of them, he transformed into a World Feeder. With his new more powerful form, he quickly consumed lots of rotten flesh and cursed flames. Over a day or two, he became The Eater of Worlds.
The Lunar cult was starting to form, they wanted to ressurect Cthulhu. They already mechanized Skeletron and Eye of Cthulhu. They Didn't find the Brain of Cthulhu, it's too smart. They substituted it for the Eater of Worlds. Pedro didn't hide from the cult, and let it to upgrade him to The Destroyer. Sadly, the previous Destroyer was slain by the player, so Pedro was risking his life.
A lot of time passed, player is fighting Polterghast. Pedro was living his life, Draedon already planned to turn Skeletron Prime and The Twins into Exo Mechs. But Draedon had some Ascendant spirit essences and Cosmilite bars left, and he called The Destroyer. In a result of a surgical operation, The Destroyer was upgraded to the Devourer of Gods. The project was a great success, he killed many players. But now, the story of Pedro splits:
Bad Ending: Draedon was sleeping, the Devourer of Gods was also sleeping. SCal snatched the Devourer of Gods, and with some darkest hexes turned him into Sepulcher, an undead minion, whose life depends on Brimstone Hearts. Eventually, the player claims Sepulcher to his side. Good ending: Draedon saw, that Pedro was a great success. He tried to exo-nify him first, and succeeded. He turned him into Thanatos. He lived pretty long with his friends Ares, Apollo and Artemis, before they all died on one day to a post-SCal player. Overall Pedro enjoyed his life.

This is basically a blood sacrifice weapon if ur not tanky

cinders of lament as a B tier seems kinda wack. despite the nerf it's still really good for exos, especially thanatos, because of the piercing. it's also easy to dodge because it's predictable.
