I'm loving having chickens from the start! The early money is a bonus, plus I love the animals more than crops but they take so long to usually get! There's still plenty of farming space. It's just so cozy!! Best farm ever!!
Also I was so curious as to what the new farm could be, as each seems to highlight a different skill & they all seemed represented. I love that he focused on farming with animals! So clever!
The biggest takeaway that I as a relatively new player got from this was that I need a dresser stat. My chests be overflowing with clothes.

Ive not played a whole lot but this update is whats gotten me into the game proper. Starting with a coop built is such an huge benefit, dont have to spend the I think its 4k gold on the coop then the 800 each for chickens. Starting with 0 crops is a small downside but not a huge debuff. Lastly the tillable area is a bit small but thats fine as soon as you get the green house it alleviates a little.

Me and my friend picked the meadowlands farm and I got stuck when I used a warp totem because I didn't have my pickaxe and she had to stop in the middle of mining to come let me out 😭
This is an s tier farm. Makes money so fast and blue grass gets animals hearts up quickly.

I just played through nearly two years in this farm. It very comfortable and has a unique start.
It definitely has less farming space then the base farm but it has some more space in the down left corner, everything else is best used for beasties.
Also where the grandpa shrine is I put a slime hatch place. Now it looks like a castle on an island, its wonderful
I do like this but i dont like the starting quests

It's a tie for me between this and the monster farm for Iridium Golems
You know what I think would be cool, having a choice of season to start in, between Spring, Summer, and Fall.
My favourite thing about this map is the dresser.. the amount of space you save and money..
