I have an idea for you, Enchant your fishing rod. Theres 2 enchantments that make it easier to catch fish, and more likely to get treasure instead of fish. Usually I end up fishing until I get a 'God Rod', as you kinda did with that mending rod, but it's probably quicker to just spend the levels.

Tio: so to beat the dragon you need to open the portal with ender eye and you need 12 so get 12 ender pearls and 12 blaze powder which is i think 11 blaze rods from a fortress and yeah thats it.

I feel like someone has told you before that you can make villagers breed by placing more beds than population count.
And then give them carrots, potatoes, beetroots or bread.
Also they don't take their jobs when it's bed time.
There's a lot of things wrong with the mob farm, here's some tips:
The lower you move the mob farm the more mobs spawn.
Your mob farm IS dark enough.
Light doesn't go through doors it's just a visual glitch, same with slabs and trapdoors.
Also something a little complicated, if there are a lot of mobs around the area you l spawned in when you first made the world mobs will not spawn anywhere else.

Hey Yub the Open Eye Blossom flower is part of the Pale Garden which is really hard to find I recommend buying it and bone mealing it to get blocks from the Pale Garden
The cavernous depths and fiery nether are not the only places to find treasure YuB.
Explore the overworld, and you can find forgotten temples, ancient ruins, dark looming mansions, and sickly pale forests, where even the trees are watching your every movement…
