2) Mumbo you should a big industrial exhaust fan to the top/side of the building like most factories have!

I've been watching you for years and I think you are doing some of your best building ever. I hope this success gives you some confidence for the moments of doubt/ennui. You are an AMAZING imaginer and creator.
Totally commenting before the end of the video, but looking at the pipes around the 8:00 minute mark makes me think that you need some rust or discoloration leaking down where the pipes come out of the building. Now on to the rest of the episode!
I suggest adding a few campfires at the top of the chimneys for a smoke effect.

It would be cool if there were antennas and satellite dishes on top of the factory, or on a tower nearby.
i would say having the scaffolding supporting the pipes would be good on only 1 or 2, like those supports broke and they added wood because they haven't made permanent fixes yet
