Me, first time playing, not knowing anything was just befriending ALL villagers through year one… not doing anything except barely trying to remember my chickens and watering my crops. I did get to level 27 in the mines though, surprisingly.
Plant at least 75 crops during spring year one, always fish on lake, make sure you get to level 9 on fishing before day 15, wait for rain, eat trout soup from willy and catch "the legend" first season. You will make bags 💰 from "legend" pond
Re playing Stardew Valley, and i HATE going to the mines, which is why i end up getting so much loot so fast bc. Idont wanna spend time in there. A tip for people who want to wait for the sprinklers the water surrounding 8 is to upgrade your watering can at the end of spring to copper in year 1 if you haven't made the upgraded sprinklers
Tip two, start every season with a lot of money. Even if you need to buy that uograded backpack for 10000 and you have 15000, DONT BUY IT IF ITS AT THE END OF SPRING/SUMMER!! Start the new season with lots of money, preferably over 10000-15000.
And three, Fishing is a really good money maker. In my new re-run im on tye first of Summer with level 6-7 (i cant remember) level and i selected the fisherman. If you ever feel tight on money, make sure to fish. Its also good to be high level while completing the community center.
These are just some things i realized/learned/or already knew when playing my re-run of Stardew Valley. Also, dont make marrying your last priority, but alwo not your first. Thank you for reading my rant!
