ABOUT SUMMONER CLASS
Summoners deal most of their damage using autonomous minions and/or sentries, and their attacks usually have excellent accuracy. However, most summoning armor sets have low defense in exchange for their high damage potential. Whips are primary weapons that focus summons and increase their damage. While many players do challenges where only summon damage is allowed (Whips, Summon weapons and Mounts), the summoning class was balanced around the idea of the player also using the strongest normal weapon available to them in addition to minions and whips.
WHAT IS THIS VIDEO FOR?
This video is aimed at those of you who want to complete Terraria using the summoner class or people who want to try summoner class but are confused about where to start. Well then this video can help. I know this is not the best and there may still be many errors in this video so CMIIW.

Any advice on what modifiers should be on the accessories?
In the endgame for Summon, Light is the best modifier with Firecracker whip. As a result, the Firecracker whip had no damage against Moon Lord, but it works with minion's 2.75x explosion damage. From now, Rainbow Crystal Staff was on top without mistakes, if mistakes happen, Lunar Portal Staff might be the choice. For me, the damage did not update too with all of the damage buffs, wrath, exquisitely stuffed, feral bite, brain of confusion buff, and max damage nebula buffs. The armor that I was used on the main gameplay by me is Shinobi Armor, which increases whip speed by 20%, the reason due to healing regeneration completely getting the chances too. The accessories here with Cute Fishron Mount was the Summoner Emblem, Celestial Shell, Papyrus Scarab, Necromantic Scroll, Avenger Emblem, Hercules Beetle, and all +1 sentry capacity (only used once), that increases summon damage by 10%, which belligerently works with the Firecracker whip. Also don't forget the whip stacking to maximize the DPS with the Firecracker whip main weapon, it is not about hardmode start, it is endgame, with Kaleidoscope, Morning Star, Dark Harvest, Durendal, and Snapthorn, as of 1.4.4.9.

Sorry, I wanna ask you. In 04:06 how did you can use 5 minions? Because bee armour's plus 2 minion and pygmy necklace plus 1 it means you can just use 4 minions.
