Be careful lads, this mod absolutely ruins balance, new items and artifacts in 70% TOO OP. For example: you can obtain "holy mantle" from Isaac in early hardmode, that gives guaranteed dodge every 6s. Jeez.

Firnd in a box is one of my favorite items in isaac ever so thats all it took to sell me on the mod
did you realize the abyssal wraith was kinda like dogma from isaac
bro nameless deity ist that hard i beat 1st try on my Internum summoner world DoG was by far the hardest infernum boss it took me just about 500 tries
Use the Issac item with demon clone thing and use that with the laser dragon head weapon and crash your pc
My guess is the deck is homage to tarot cards, and as they said material on the tooltip I assume that you collect them all to make a deck that cleans your inventory while giving you all the buffs similar to fargo soulsenchantments

Abyssal wraith is just straight up dogma from Isaac😭🙏
The sound effects, the attacks, even dogmas glitch brimstone beam with THE SAME sound effects and homing mechanic. The only thing slightly changed was the color😭

Talking about Calamity Entropy, you should check out a weapon "Horizon's Key" It's easy to craft in early game and its a weapon that scales as the game progresses with bosses killed it gets new attacks.
The crazy thing about it is that it scales with every type of dmg up (summon dmg, magic dmg, melee, true melee etc. …)
