  1. You can learn a lot about your world and get some helpful beginning toys if you take a quick stroll across the surface and just briefly poke your head into any caves you see. On normal rather than expert, this won't be too impossible as long as you keep a little wood on you for making platforms, and make good use of any rope you find. Every biome's wood is different and makes better equipment than the standard wood. Try the cactus outfit + pickaxe for maximum silly at this stage.

  2. You made the good choice for the character difficulty, classic is just the best.
Also for a house to be suitable for npcs it needs forground and background walls, a door, a source
of light, a chair and a table or workbanch.
It was great to watch this video btw !

  3. Simple direction on what to do: dig straight down until you find cave, mine thing loot the chest and get as many crystal hearts as you can , other options is to explore left and right to new biome and structure after that you could read a bit of the wiki to beat your first boss either eye of cuthulu or King slime (optional), to kill boss create arena of plateforme so you can use verticality

  4. Have you ever considered gilming longer sessions and posting them raw or editing it down, i know that ~15 mins is more digestible for most but you never seem to make much progress😭

  5. Thanks for trying this out too. Also your house looks really nice. The next step would probably be to build a big basement, craft a furnace, then you should go to mining or exploring the world. You can start making better weapons and armor after you have crafted an anvil. You are kinda free to do what ever you want, but you should probably make videos that contain 2-4 terrarian days so this doesn't take for ever.
Jungle, ice and the corrupted biomes are the most dangerous so be carefull with those.

  6. Man the bosses are going to destroy you

    2:46 agreed.
2:10 the house icon in there is fo housing, you can see if a house is suitable in there

By the way 6:13 in expert mode the mobs can seal your money, and bosses have like 50% more health and new phases, also enemies have more health and deal more damage

  7. Отличное видео! И да – продолжай играть на эксперте. На обычном уровне сложности мира не так весело

  8. If you haven't already, turn on Autofire in the general settings. That way you can hold click for maximum attack speed. Also wood is a block. You can just place it, same as the dirt.

  9. here are some small tips for you. 1. you can place down wood like any other block and like make a house out of that instead of dirt and 2 in the options you can turn on autofire which makes it so that you dont have to spam your weapons.

  10. 6:29 Exactly! Expert mode (as the name suggests) is NOT for new players! It feels like people just want to flex honestly, in my first play through I struggled SO MUCH even in classic lol.
    Enjoy your play through!

  11. So a couple of things to know:

-you have a button somewhere that's called automatic place and it helps when mining, i dunno which is cause i don't have terraria in a pc

-Explore around, there's chest in the surface and loot

-Here you can dig straight down and use some rope that you can find to move

-platforms can be trasspased from below, it's great for a lot of things

-Try flattening the whole spawn area eventually so it's easier to move, and put some sunflowers too because they give you a speed boost

  12. It is definitely better to do your first play through on classic. Classic is too easy for most veteran player and expert has some special drops so most people forget that learning how to play the game for the first time on expert mode is actual pain.

  13. yay, the series continues 😀
some more tips and answers to questions:
4:04 beds are in this game, but they're complicated to make, and they only speed up time by 5x rather than skipping the night (but they can be used during the day to speed up time there too)
4:49 yes, there are npcs that will move in if you have multiple homes, and most of the npcs have shops where you can spend coins
6:09 expert mode has 2x mob hp and mob dmg, and bosses get some extra attacks or phases and also some extra loot; imo classic is great for people who haven't beaten the game before since it gives you a lot of room to learn and experiment and doesn't expect you to have great mobility or really good stats in order to beat bosses
8:58 platforms can be stairs, but they can also just be a platform that you can fall through by pressing s (or down) and that you can jump through; they're great for making bridges and other things. also, you can place raw wood btw; it might look nicer in conjunction with the wood background walls than the dirt does
9:12 doors need a block above and below where they're going to be placed in order to let you place them

  14. Leaving a stump for the trees is like someone leaving floating trees in Minecraft. Also, don't hold junk in your hotbar, only useful stuff. But also, make an artificial graveyard biome away from your spawn point & you habe the chance to fine a nice item for the first half of the game called Abigail's Flower. It is a summon item inspired by/crossed over with the game Don't Starve.
