The pale garden is all about ambiance, the leaves add some decay like ambiance, but there ere too many, also maybe only oak, cherry and pale oak leaves for the particles?

I don't like the leaf particles either. For pretty much all of the same reasons. They should atleast make it so that only leaves connected to logs do that. Leaves already have a block state for that, so It wouldn't even be hard to code.
Pale gardeb had falling leaves since the first time they introduced it. Lol
I acutally don't think it is that bad, but maybe they should do it so only leaves that are attached to logs have this effect, so you could force it or avoid it. This mechanic with leaves attached to log is already in the game so it shouldn't be that hard, right? Also they should really make different textures for the leaves of different trees, especially for spruce an mangrove 💀
