Another really big boss from back in da day was OLord from Qwerty's Mod. Thankfully the mod is in 1.4.

And as the former dev of SGAmod… didn't think I'd expect Hellion on a "largest boss" video, she's kinda uh, small. lol. I think they meant for you to check out the "Hellion Core" instead, which is her 1st form/phase where she does get kinda big.
