The disappearing leaf litter is not mentioned in the snapshot changelog so I’m pretty certain that’s a bug. If they made a change this large they would’ve announced it in the actual snapshot log.

The bow is pink and the hand is waving.
Pink is a color, or a light wave in a sense.
You know what else has waves? The ocean.
You know what else is pink? Pink Gatorade.
Though, minecraft is obsessed with money which is why they love microtransactions, so I think they meant to advertise the bigger gatorade flavor which is red.

they removed the pale garden from my world. i went on chunkbase and went to where one should have been but it wasn't there and when i used /locate there were no trees there
Personally, i don't want leaf litter in regular forests. Dark oak forests, sure. Wooded badlands, yeah. A new "autumn forest" biome, absolutely. Regular forests look too brown with them, they're fine as they are. They're supposed to be one of the basic, common biomes.
