  1. Cool food buffing concept. Really cool. Wish minecraft had this.
    The randomisation I dislike. Say you want a 3 effect combo, with those foods having 8 effects on them. You'd just cook over and over and over. Throwing away dish after dish after dish. What a time wasting hassle!
    Then I'd rather prefer there being a grill/etc. for bbq/etc. Static buffs depending on how you cook it. If you could take one piece of prepared food and place it into another dish, would be very practical indeed!
    edit: I got to the recipes part of the video. There'd be over 1k recipes, right? And to find the one you want… And the clutter of every one you don't want. And trying to find the one you do want among those you already have (food symbols on the recipe would help). Too much hassle man. It'd work if you'd make your recipe yourself though.
    Also I kinda want the recipe idea in enchanting – Putting an enchanted book onto an enchanting table would only give those enchants.
    Randomizing is fun sometimes, like with enemies. But when it's for something you're after it just feels like it takes forever yknow?
