For the water if you start from the bottom and fill in from the edges and do the edges in the way up one block at a time it will fill in and be much faster 😊 if that makes since😅 18:00

They claim your video is a 57 min and 57 sec long ad that can't be skipped (picture and all is in the articles) and everyone is getting mad at YT for it, lol. It is obvious that the picture they added is just a screenshot from your video and not an ad is showing on screen, lol. I hope your video get lots and lots of views now 😅
