What if the desert wind noises are to add on to the stackable sand carpet thing they teased, like the sand blowing in the wind causing it to pile up?
I’m liking this but looking at your video I find it a bit weird how the firefly bush animations are synchronised. I hope they tweak it a little bit to desynchronise them – both with an offset and maybe playing the animations at a slightly different speed.

Ever since 1/17, texture changes have become a lot less common. And if they happen, they usually fix disparities which aren't very visible.

“Near rivers” seems to apply no matter what biome that river is cutting through. (Evidence: I just found naturally-generated firefly bushes in a pale garden.) So it will be possible to find firefly bushes in a mangrove swamp as long as the mangrove swamp has a river cutting through it. Though I agree, it feels wrong to not just have them generate within the mangrove swamp in its own right.
There is a bug in bedrock edition where strangely the firefly bush and the normal bush can generate in sand, stone and other blocks by natural generation and if I try to place it again it won't work
I wish that the bushes were bushier! Right now it just seems like they are too short.
And yes I was saying bushes in my best Keralis accent in my head typing this!
Cows need tails, even if it's just a hint of one with a texture. And the firefly bushes need two or three variants where the glowing spot is in a different location or the animation timing changed. That way there's not that synchronized pulse when a bunch are together.
