  1. 1:09 It's intended that the flowers will never grow with this setup, the patch notes said that it requires all 4 blocks around it to be empty for a flower to grow, so that it doesn't break existing cactus farms

  2. Definitely a blue silkie as a polish chicken would have likely had some discoloration of the crest, and ameraucanas don't have a crest.

As a chicken enthusiast who has always hated the chicken model, retexturing them to look like different breeds somehow makes them look worse. I always wished the day where we got mob variants would come, but I always hoped the models themselves would be revisited too. I get this would be highly controversial though. Oh well, we still have the better farm animals resource pack.

  3. I hope the goats are next on the line, cant wait to see the normal, the frozen and the roasted goat on plate server (also does that mean there will be 3 types of chicken food now?)

  4. Because the cold climate chickens lay blue eggs, I'm guessing they're directly based off of Americana hens. I've had a handful of silkies and silkie/bantam crosses, and they typically lay white eggs, Americanas and related breeds lay blue/green eggs!!
