This short showcases the 3 new critters for Calamity’s first Mob Vote!

Hello everyone! We’d like your input on Sunken Sea development, so we’re holding a Mob Vote!
Note that unlike Minecraft, we will add ALL THREE of these creatures. You get to vote for which one gets added first. The other two will be put in later updates! Triangle initially held this vote in ⁠calamity-spoiler-talk, but it was haphazard and chaotic, so we’re giving it a redo as a full official announcement.
– Seacilian: A new enemy for the Ocean biome, spawning in early Hardmode. When reduced to 50% HP, its throat sac bursts and releases a swarm of baby Seacilians at the player which quickly close in.
– Golden Bat: A new neutral creature for the Sky biome. It floats and bounces in the air like a balloon. Hitting it with weapons tosses it around like a Beach Ball.
– Black Anurian: A new critter for the upper layers of the Abyss. It is a passive, harmless Abyssal frog which is an offshoot of the Nuclear Toad family, but significantly less explosive.
