Bar that serves potions as drinks, and a stage for karaoke.
Your own Fighters, Thieves, and/or Mages Guilds.
A Library.
A beach with blankets and large umbrellas.
A clothing store that sells different colored leather armor, pants, and boots as "clothes".
A zoo with every animal mob and a corresponding habitat tailored to them.
A large mining operation.
A quarry.
A restaurant.
Vendor stalls spread over the island with villagers of different jobs AND those vendor stalls be tailored to their villagers professions.
A ship of your choosing.
A temple dedicated to a deity of your choosing, frictional or otherwise.
