You know its funny but ive noticed in my life the nicer an airline is the worse an experience youll have. Like ive flown on southwest a bunch of times without ever having an issue, but the one time each I flew united and American it was a nightmare. I had no idea how big a deal the 1 free checked bag policy from southwest was, for example. Like…did united think i had a case of dabloons or something?? It wss SO much extra money, qnd the tickets themselves were already way more expensive
One time I was trying to fly back home to PA from Mexico and same thing happened to me- my flight didn’t exist. So I panicked and spent $500 to get new tickets, only to then get a notification like an hour before boarding that my original flight did in fact exist it was just under a different airline 😀
