I have played terraria for 8 years. And have +2000 hours. It's so hard to calculate because I have so many lost saves and because I have played with so many PCs but I will say comfortably that I have 2000-3000 H

Literally what happened to me and my friends on our first time playing it, we spent morning till midnight playing the game and even played some modded till we got bored.
7000+ (was there before tAPI was a thing)
It went from February to May
Over 700 hours
Double so if it's modded
Between vanilla and modded Terraria I've got a combined 12k hours.
