We are now on the second year of our Stardew Valley playthrough with some good progress made.
The power Crop for spring will be rhubarb followed by at least 20 of every other crop the game has to offer to make coking all of the recipes much easier.
We have all of the museum collection complete.
We have all monster eradication goals complete.
We have access to Qi’s secret walnut room.
We have maxed out or farmer level and have obtained all mastery’s and almost all books of power.

You don't need to ship 15 of some of the crops! There's a list on the wiki for achievements but things like the flowers, sweet gem berries, and ancient fruit don't count towards the polyculture achievement.
Penny is the only marriage candidate who re-decorates the bedroom with decor that you can not obtain otherwise, is that correct?
Yes! The egg locations change in year 2. I think the Halloween maze changes as well
The reason you haven't gotten the farming walnuts on Ginger Island yet is because they can only activate for single-harvest crops, not multi-harvest ones like pineapples. Once the starfruit finishes growing you'll probably get all the walnuts in a harvest or two!
