Some of this just seems like "Let's placate them and hope they forget." So much has been done in the modding community that makes vanilla be it java or bedrock, look like a high school coding project.

I want more villagers professions, like imagine a veterinarian, a historian, a mine Chief thing, or like a place like a village but they're actually miners, or more mobs like the traveler for a more alive world. Also would really like more structures like the witches cub in the swamp, maybe a beach house, or a lone villager around the world
also new dimensions a cold ice frozen winter dimension or a sculk dimension
Honestly, Minecraft needs a lot of bosses, more structures, faster minecarts, and more weapons
I really hope the server thing wasn't changed. Making it "more modern" would mean don't allow self hosted or third party providers to run servers, only mojang may run servers for the game
If the fletching table gets a use, it should be to craft new types of arrows. These could be a few.
1. Spectral arrows brought to bedrock
2. Bouncy arrows with slimeballs-Bounce off walls hitting mobs next to them
3. Ender pearl arrows-Teleports anything hit by them
4. Tnt arrows-Explodes on impact
5. Netherite or Diamond arrows-Basically regular arrows, but they deal more damage

The only thing the fletching table ever made sense for was an easier way to make tipped arrows.
I really wish the Fletching table would flesh out the ranged abilities in the game and have the Cauldron bring more to magic combat aswell

I think its like a stonecutter for arrows, like it allows you to tip arrows, but you get more of them per potion.
It baffles me that java doesn't have keybinding as good as bedrock or any type of controller support
Mojang doesn’t add any features from other games they made.

I really love the idea of better minecarts and that you can connect them. I would love to conmect my cities with each orher without using a portal hub.
Sometimes I wonder about how mod developers seem to better at their jobs than mojang devs (no hate to mojang) but mod devs have found ways to make a friending system (in the essential mod) and many clients have the option to make an in game server like Badlion or Feather (correct me if I’m wrong) and I wonder how these people can do it but the ACTUAL DEVS AT MOJANG can’t. If I am dumb or missing something pls let me know ❤
