k so im hoping my theory is correct that the first few episodes of the new season is shorter kinda like how season 1 started and we're gonna get longer ones soon and if thats wrong then we'd prolly get a statement from the creators, so im gonna stay optimistic and say that we're still gonna get long episodes

anyways it's pretty interesting to see how egg's character quickly changes after he gets a little power, egg our beloved brick boy grows some similarities to ashwag, he does stuff with books, he lives up high above his civilization, he directs raids for getting items, heck even the center of the whole civilization is something you get from a bottle, speaking of ash, his description of the future of the server that he gave to spoke is reflected in this civilization, the core reason for this civilization isn't xp, it's safety through the means of power and intimidation, and egg believed this was right for them and kept going with it, but it also reflects in the actions throughout the video, the big enemy in this video is the pirates, clearly made before this empire, sure wemmbu and egg fail in the end but wemmbu still has a mace and has plot armor so we can assume he'll survive, they kill the ones before them, something that ash predicted, another thing that ash predicted was that spoke's decision to let him survive didnt change anything, well look at this, also he predicted that this group of people would have a worse goal than him, ash's goal was to unify the server in his twisted way, wemmbu and egg's goal had no good intentions, they wanted to protect themselves by gaining a monopoly on xp
speaking of things that happend in previous videos, i love the lil cameos of previous structures from season 1, the mafia fort from spoke's season 1 finale, the mafia-infected void civ castle, recruiting acrn from snow civ, and apparently that one base that was built to protect parrot and wifies from clown?????? with a wifies beacon also?????? insane i forgor that happend
i like that they kept the more important characters like loppez, spongs, and jaden bcuz we've seen them before and i dont rly remember the other two very well, i know that spongs and jaden worked for clown, but loppez cool me like loppez, also i respect the refusal of using art of war bcuz ur not doing it better than technoblade, anyways loppez really did harbor a grudge against wemmbu for abandoning sky civ
now on the subject of the 1 hour length of this one, on parrot's vid i said that his episode worked fine as a one hour thing but needed some extra dialogue so cool moments can feel cooler, I think this episode could've been better if it was longer, I think the current portion of it that we got to see is perfectly fine, the part that could extend this video is when the civilization start gaining wealth and power and seeing the shift in relationship of egg and wemmbu and the personality shift of egg as the power gets to his head, also quick sidenote, it's nice to see that even as egg starts leaning towards the bad side, wemmbu and egg still care about each other
speaking of length, the normally dragged out pvp battles are actually shorter in this episode, and the longest one at the end is a bit better since wemmbu has to do some problem solving of crafting fireworks, also at the end, if jaden was slightly smarter, they'd realize that the mace wemmbu had given him was another mace than the one wemmbu fought them with, this is bcuz wemmbu's mace when he fought jaden clearly had wind burst on it and the mace wemmbu threw not so clearly had breach on it and no wind burst, now missing this is 100% bcuz any normal person would assume that was the mace and wemmbu doesn't have 2 maces
the dialogue in this episode also give some clues as to what really happened to everyone's armor, when i commented on parrot's video someone responded that maybe the members of the server decided to get rid of anything mafia-related and wemmbu and egg just didnt care, but this shows that might not be the case (by cluing at smth else it's still possible), wato says that it's really hard to find anything which would make since considering the insane amounts of netherite seen by the mafia and the treasure hunters, but wemmbu mentioning something along the lines of "this person's one of the few people who still have a full set of netherite armor" proves that this has a canonical explanation and not a plothole to make things more intense for parrot, a theory that i just made up as to why people dont have netherite armor anymore is that there was some kind of war fought over the resources the mafia had left after its defeat, the prior mafia members who could fight most likely went to the stashes and fought which let to armor breaking and death, maybe more members like spongs parrot and the Bounty Assassin Team got involved in order to stop the mass banning going on in the conflict which led to their armor breaking, and hey, Spoke spamming "Next video: I Fought a War" could be foreshadowing this (would actually be insane if it was lol)
one of the coolest things i like about unstable universe is that, as a person who has seen way too many minecraft creators, you get to see creators where you dont expect them, i've had my excited moments where kenadian, wato, kier dev and boosfer, all that stuff, but there's some people i would never expect to even be here, but then he showed up

if you dont know what im talking about or why, it makes sense, drwhocoby is a player who was mentioned in a kenadian vid for discovering phasing through walls with a boat, he makes pretty good explanation vids on his channel explaining some of minecraft's pretty unknown glitches, but i don't know him for his channel or his kenadian cameo, it's bcuz he's a friend, i've been in the escape room community for almost 2 years and coby's been there longer, the escape room community kinda turned into a group of nerds who talk about either random things or minecraft and coby's part of that group, so it's pretty cool to see someone you talk to in one of your favorite serieses, but anyways pretty funny that the only thing he did was get wood, get taxed, and get imprisoned (better be good at escaping lol)
