The plot is that the piglins in the Nether want to destroy the Overworld and take over every dimension, this is where Steve and his friends come in, allying with the Overworld mobs to defeat the piglin invasion. The plot is kinda representing the Minecraft Legends plot.

The Problem is that people are comparing a Viewable Media to Playable Media and there-in lies the issue… It's not "The Minecraft Game" it's "The Minecraft Movie" (I'm personally wandering if they're going to make this an opportunity to add subtle lore about the Ancient Builders or Something Else…) I'd also like to point out the name is actually " 'A' MINECRAFT MOVIE" (I may be reaching here but maybe it's hinting at a Sequel or even a Trilogy😮)
I don't know if it's on Minecraft bedrock edition there's a new free add-on where it adds Minecraft movie to do game it adds a bunch of new piguins and a pig and wizard it gives you a wizard staff a bunch of axes and yeah that's it but it's just really cool and it's free just go to add on's pack types and free ins right there
