I have a friend who plays stardew on switch. He got to run around and give people stone for hearts. I WORKED for that shit. I'm glad it's patched. He should suffer trying to find a loved gift for Pierre like the rest of us.
When this happened to me, I genuinely thought I had found an Easter egg with my character’s name (I named my character “Dottie”) I thought that name specifically made everyone love any gift. Turns out it was just a bug 😂
I was so happy about the bug tbh lol. I was playing on the switch for the first time in a while (i usually play on pc so i can have the wiki open or use mods) so not having ti think about who needs what gift was a relief. I love befriending the villagers but im the kind of perspn who hates having to worry about remembering and saving what each of them love
I was confused at first. Did not know this was about Stardew Valley. Algorithm fail. Seems like a good thing they fixed it though, so I'm very confused.
