  1. Stop torturing yourself and get Opera GX: https://operagx.gg/SkyBoi2

to everyone who thinks opera gx is “chinese spyware”, here’s an independent and reputable article about how that’s not true: https://www.comparitech.com/blog/information-security/is-opera-gx-spyware/

it’s good to be skeptical of youtube sponsors sometimes, but this rumor has been blown way out of proportion by videos like “OPERA GX IS A CHINESE VIRUS…”

if you’re this concerned about privacy, you’d be better off avoiding the internet as a whole

  2. Nice video, but for smps without scripts are usually way too chaotic or doesn't have a plot or makes sense. If a smp's story makes too much sense, they are probably loosely scripted since real life likely wont work like that.

  3. 7:26 from my understanding parrot first tried making movie style videos with planetlord on a channel called "the cusp" but cause youtube wouldn't monetize it due to it "lacking creativity" (or something like that, very dumb reason. He had a crashout about it on twitter) they decided to end it and then after that parrot posted the first unstable smp video. So unstable smp wasn't his first scripted video

  4. OperaGX is a pretty big scam, i don't blame you for trying to make some profit though,
1: most features you mentioned aren't real, it doesn't reduce ram, and it doesn't even block ads in most cases, 2: you can do all of this in google, 3: operaGX is a chrome UI overhaul, its still google, just worse with a bunch of placebos put in it, 4: operaGX is known for having a past of selling their stuff on malware sites, and download grouping,
-tldr: its literally just chrome with a different UI and some extensions added, it doesn't actually reduce ram or cpu or anything, your comparison wasn't fair either, AND THE REASON THEY CAN SPONSOR YOU IS BECAUSE THEY SELL YOUR DATA! IF ITS FREE – YOU ARE THE PRODUCT,

  5. My issue with the unstable videos are the fact that rather than a movie, they just feel like extra long smp videos with more structure plots and better pacing. They’re definitely not bad watches but they don’t feel like movies, them being over 3 hours just shows that.

They more feel like a shortcut to a movie, where you just write a script and do it. They barely use any b roll or creative ways to tell the story. The stories themselves are contained to the game rather than truly being a story. I don’t like how they basically try to trick you into thinking you’re seeing a movie when it’s more like a let’s play with a story

The stories themselves aren’t personal enough either imo, they’re kind of bland in the long run. Definitely better than smp videos; but you can’t expect monthly 3 hour videos to be perfect.

And producing movies is so much more work than these of videos, so they work for what their purpose is. But when you realize actual movies take anywhere from a year to 5+ years to produce, it’s easy to see why people don’t do that much.

They have to be shallow, but I always did wish they could be just a bit more “movie” like

  6. reminds me of wrestling tbh. They're trying to keep the facade of it being real up but honestly they should just adopt the culture that wrestling has now: everyone knows its fake but they pretend its real to keep face with the kayfabe… which is kind of the direction they're going in! they should look at wrestling before them to see the future ahead

  7. The Dream SMP was definitely NOT popular because of scripting. It's because it was named the "Dream SMP" and it had Dream, Technoblade, and Ph1lza on it.
