The richest seed I've ever seen. You spawn outside of a village with 5 blacksmiths and enough iron to have full iron gear in no time. There's also a pillager outpost overlooking that village. The second village has two more blacksmiths and a ton of food. A third village has even more food and under the third village is the stronghold.
