Remember that notification you got early on in this episode that you completed a Monster Eradication Goal? Go check it out at the Adventurers' Guild. The best place to dig for clay is in the tillable areas of the mine, like on floor 15. Also, chickens can eat grass if they're close enough to it to find it.
I'm loving this series. I have never played the game, but recently started watching Hill Home's 1.6 playthrough, and it looks so fun and I'm learning a bit about the game, but it's also so fun to watch one of my favorite childhood YouTubers play it for the first time! I just bought the game the other week, and am waiting until spring break so that I don't have any homework to worry about! Can't wait!

Ok as a huge fan of you squiddy and of stardew I got some tips, no spoilers I promise. 1. If you upgrade your watering can it will be able to water more then one tile at a time 2. Petting and feeding/watering you animals everyday will help produce higher quality products eggs,milk ect. And boost your friendship level with them. 3. When you open a chest or your inventory there are a few icons to the right of it, one looks like a tree and a few others below it, the tree icon is for the community center, if you hover over an item that is needed for the center, the icon will pulse so you know you need it. P.s. you have a reward waiting on you in the adventures guild.
Absolutely love you and the Series keep it up squiddy, also would love to see this streamed so we can give you tips while playing ❤ The other icons are also useful, you can change the color of your chest, and another will organize your inventory for you and the last will automatically put the stackable items in a chest for you if you open the chest and click on it.
Silly Eggbert, just needs to peck into the chest and get the hay. Ohh watching you try to put the hay you'd bought into the hopper, but not onto the feed bench was a little painful.. and entertaining ;~) Really enjoying your play of this. lol. Squid doesn't know he feed the chicken by placing the hay on the couch. Wonder when will he figure out the quality of eggs depends on how much the chicken loves the player. I think he has never patted an animal in the whole series. Not sure.

put the hay in the food tray by taking it out of the bin, otherwise the chicken will continue to starve
