It's note worthy to say that this is proof that mojang is capable of quantity, but they rather have quality over quantity. I've watched a few gameplays of this snapshot and some devs had to clarify that there were left over hints for features that aren't even included which goes to show much of a feature vomit these things are.
Always hate how much better the April fools updates are than the real ones. This is a fun addition to the game, they should keep it as a mini game but they won’t. Same for vertical slabs, added and removed.

I thought it was pretty cool, except the one-life concept ruined it. I was in this really exciting mine composed of a huge group of tundra-biome islands floating above the void, where you have to tower and bridge from island to island to get to the exit portal. I was having a lot of fun, but when I died I couldn't go back without switching to adventure mode, which made it impossible to beat the mine. And I was never able to find that particular mine again in any other world. But, I guess it's like they say: "if at first you don't succeed, give up immediately."
I’m so mad about April Fools because I didn’t get to play it. I never get to play them because Mojang refuses to put them out for console. It’s the most infuriating thing because the only way I’ll ever get to experience them is through videos.
