    hopefully if they do it they explain the orb of dominance going from a giant enderman that makes people powerhungry to a beacon that blocks the sunlight if placed on one very specific nether portal

    There is TOTALLY A 100% chance there is going to be another. If they didn’t include the post-credit scene, the movie BLEW UP! Of course they wanted to repeat that process, right?

    I’d like an version of the movie called ‘A Minecraft Movie: Bedrock Edition’ where they all come out of the portal, they all stop moving, then randomly start dying, except Garett, who disappears and reappears IRL and falls into the middle of the ocean. Roll credits!

    I kinda figured audience would like it but critics wouldn’t
    Video game movies are the biggest example of those who know VS those who don’t

    They have a problem with just about everything that uses their copyrights if they don't get money out of it, even if the people that made it also don't get anything out of it.

    I'm not gonna watch the dumpster fire,. But you know what? It's not a "bad" movie in the usual sense. It's poorly made, yeah. But it's just. Innocent. It's not predatory or whatever bs has been happening recently. It's not AAA* or whatever. I'd put it on level with tomy wiseau's amazing masterpiece. But it's refreshing to see something "normal" the past 5 years. People will forget about it in a few months as all trends do. There's nothing to really add.

    Yk what? I’m willing to treat this like sonic. We all know Sonic 1 < Sonic 2 < sonic 3. And I’m hoping the minecraft movie 2 will be, like sonic 2 an improvement

    It's waffle. The entire movie is just a waffle. A throwaway chat. But. It's non-toxic and non-gmo 🙂 … Okay, fine, a BIT of gmo.
