The pirate cove is a little complex. It must be after 8:00pm on an even numbered day that it's not raining. There is a secret in front of the pirate cove on rainy days. The rays you can fish up in the pirate cove also has a small chance to give dragon fangs from a fish pond. There are a handful of walnuts in the pirate cave. a few from the night the pirates are there, and one that can be dug up. The only way to know is to talk to the parrot in Leos hut or follow the walnut walkthrough on the wiki. There is one more thing to unlock after the mailbox.
At 3:50 , i remember you dropping a lot of cheese so as to not loose too much in the badlands, i think you then use quickdrop in a chest with cheese in it before, why you didn't had any on you… 🖖
Shelab, you are missing important information with regard to the Pirate Cove. Please read for the details, there are Golden Walnuts to be had there.
Pirates visit the cove after 8pm on non-rainy even-numbered days of the season. If the player is inside the cove before 8pm on a day when pirates come visiting, the player is automatically removed from the cave and placed outside its entrance, ending any current activity there. The player can, however, reenter the cove. While pirates are visiting, the player can play Darts to win Golden Walnuts. (There are no rewards after the first three times the player wins a game.) Alos, there is a dig spot among the barrels. Look for the square of light-colored dirt.
You can review your walnut status in Mr. Qi’s room just north of Birdie’s hut. I estimate you still have more than twenty walnuts to find. There are a lot of quests and activities to be discovered too.

As usual, in no particular order, here are a few thoughts:
– It felt so satisfying to watch you clear the quarry 👌
– You went a bit too fast in the mines and left a lot of the stone behind after dropping several bombs 😅
– Your apricots are in your construction chest, together with some cactus, truffle oil and jade.
– The slime fruit you thought you had given to Lance is in your flowers chest together with your cranberries and the cheese that keeps stealing the ones you're trying to keep on yourself 🤭
– You also dumped a golden pumpkin and some cooked food in your seeds chest at some point (the other pumpkins are in your flowers chest)
– In your weapons/trinkets chest, you have a seed, some cooked food, some coffee and a few rabbits feet that shouldn't be there.
– You could free up a slot from your gems chest by moving your farm totems with all your other totems in your trinket chest.
– You have cinder shard in your construction chest, gems chest and weapons chest
