It was humorous to play the game with a group of friends who were unfamiliar with Chlorophyte, they were understandably confused on why I said to bury a single chlorophyte ore in mud.
The concept of an ore spreading was alien to them but I believe the deeper you go the map, the faster the ore spreads.
I never even knew chlorophite can spread
Back when 1.2 on phone i told my friend that chloropyte spreads on mud block, and he told me im delusional that i have to beat the mech bosses again for it to spawn, prove him that it spread to a mud block using a 3 9×9 blocks 1 chloropyte in the middle, we forgot about that argument and beat golem, when we try to beat the golem again we ran into the same experiment we got and laugh

For those wondering, I knew about the actual ore spreading mechanic.
I did not know about the purifying mechanic, which was the point of the short.
I think there is a one crazy enough person who will purify the entire world with that mechanic.
Wonder if you can just turn an entire large world into this ore doing this 😂

It's neat to think chlorophyte is the jungle ecosystem adapting to defend itself against a more hostile evil biome
Just imagine spreading it everywhere and the dryad goes "The world is 3% corruption, 5% hallow and… 42% Chlorophyte? How?"
