Um my camera just puted itself. It It died and so I had to get a new one. So I have a new one but I’m trying to figure it out. It seems to be making everything rather dark here. I’m not entirely sure why, but in the game it’s a Thursday. All right, let’s see. Trying to figure out where to put my um my chat today. Don’t quite have a good place for it yet. See, maybe here. Um, I guess we can replace the white algae. I’ve got so much of it anyways. Okay, I’ll keep going. We just got to do the daily chores right now and then later we’ll do something more exciting. Okay. And sell all this mayonnaise off and pop, I guess. And then we’ll go into the kitchen really quickly and make complete breakfast for Alex. find something for Haley and then start making our rounds and friending everybody. We’re so close to having like full hearts with everyone. That is one of the tasks for completing perfection and starting out. Of course, we also need to apparently make friends with Lao and Sandy, but um one problem at a time, you know what I mean? Okay, I thought maybe I had a breakfast in my fridges. It’s not looking like that’s the answer. So, we’re going to grab a plum pudding for Jas, a roasted hazelnut for print, and then a void egg for Crovis. No breakfast. That’s fascinating. Are we sure? For sure. Okay, so we’re going to make pancakes. I have no space in my plate. Um Okay, we’re just going to throw this milk in here and the pancakes. Oh. Um, yeah, we’ll throw the pancakes in there. See if we can make a pink cake for Jodie or whoever we run into. And then see, phone’s buzzing and thought it was something important, but it’s just spam. Do you guys get those where they’re like, “Your package from UPS hasn’t shown up and you have to click this link or or text this link right now or we’ll throw it away or something.” I’m making it up, but you guys get the idea. I get those spam texts all the time. Okay, so fried egg. It’s not like looking like we have any potatoes, some hash browns. Oh, we’re out of Okay, so Alex might not get a gift today. They called it like simple blue shirt or something. I just combined it with um mine claw with mayonnaise. I ended up getting this really cute kind of cloud shirt. So, Any of you want this shirt? Um, I just realized I’m planting all this area and I’m don’t have any sprinklers over here and I’m going to have to like hand water all these flowers and that is a truly terrible, terrible idea. Honestly, I like the quality sprinklers more in this area, which probably is a mistake on my part. So, I need iron bar, gold bar, and refined quartz. Simple enough. I can do that. We’re going to grab these pomegranates because maybe I’ll have enough to make dried pomegranates for the raccoons. is hiding in the woods. Do you guys know what I’m talking about? Or do I just sound crazy right now? A strawberry seed. Oh, but my inventory is full. Dang it. Okay. Um, maple seed, you have to go. Don’t want to really eat the merchandise. That would be bad. Okay, now we’re going to put this other strawberry in the strawberry seed maker. And then gosh, I feel like I need extra sprinklers right here just to cover all of my bases. So, what we’re going to do is we’re going to put a strawberry. Oh, have to hoe the ground. You know, till the soil, that whole sort of thing. I lost my seed. Okay, there’s my seed packet. My gosh. Yeah, I don’t know if this is the most organized or well thoughtout plan, but this is this is what I’m doing. All right, I guess that’s it. Oh, you know what? I’ll water my ancient seed. See, and this confuses me because it like it became year three and I got like my grandpa visited me from beyond the grave in the afterlife and he gave me this statue that said perfection and just nothing, you know, like he was proud of me and um perfection and gave me this weird little statue that gives me aridium ore, but I haven’t completed all of the perfection tasks. So, a little confused on how I got that, but I guess don’t look again. Um, as they say, don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. All right, we’ll put the truffle in here, though. So, very much need more truffle oil presses as well. This might be an episode where we’re just making things like crazy. All right, what do we need for that slime hardwood gold bar? Okay, we’re going to throw the milk in the area, throw our eggs that we have in the um the presses, and then I don’t think I have any more eggs in my pockets. Do I have any here? I do. Actually, stirfry sounds really good right now. I want that in real life. It’s perfect way to get some healthy greens on your plate. Saute the greens in a little sesame oil and make sure to add plenty of fresh ginger and garlic. Now, breathe deeply. That’s good. Dang. Do I already know all the recipes? Is that why it repeated? Let me see. No, we’re missing some recipes here. But I know almost all of them. Wow. And the ones that are colored, I’ve cooked, right, you guys? Is that how that works? I’m sure you guys are familiar, or maybe you’re not, and you’re enjoying this game with me and you’ve never played it before. But in Stardw Valley, they offer different types of farms to start with. And I picked uh Metallands, which comes with a chicken coop to start with, which I thought was super cool cuz I love the animals in this game. But there’s one that’s called like the wilderness or the wilds. And apparently when it gets dark, monsters will come out and attack you. And I was thinking like, why is that a benefit except to add a little bit of spice to your game? And then I was thinking, um, as you progress, you need to, you know, slay all these different monsters for different rewards and stuff. And having the monsters there would easily get you to that goal, I think. Okay, let’s see if we can get a catfish. That’s the goal. A present, a wall basket. Okay. Um, I guess I can replace my fiber. There’s like a horror I think it’s horror thriller called Sinners. It’s getting really good reviews. Haven’t seen it yet, but it’s like got vampires and it’s kind of like the deep south in the 1930s and looks interesting. Um, horror movies aren’t typically my cup of tea, but I’ll watch them, you know, when there’s a good story. But yeah, I guess those are the only movies I know that are out right now in theaters. If there’s something that really sparked joy or was really good for you guys, please let me know. I’m always here for recommendations. Right now we’ve just um in my home we’ve been watching Ghosts Amazing Race and Survivor. So nothing too too amazing. Oh um on the cartoon front we watched the Angry Birds movie for the first time. Shockingly very funny and cute. I really liked it. I could if you guys like cartoons definitely watch it. Um had no idea there was like an Angry Birds two or three either. So, definitely going to have to watch that and get back to you guys and tell you whether or not that was worth watching or not. We’ll fish two more times and then we’ll head to bed. I need to know more. Also, do you put broccoli on it or is that an abomination? Like is that is that too far? Cheese with black olives and mushrooms. Ooh, nice. I also like green peppers on it sometimes, too. I’m I’ll try anything. A lot of times we got sick of it, so we’re doing a different recipe. But for a long time, we did Canadian ham, artichoke hearts, um, tomatoes, and is that it? Sometimes mushrooms, I guess. Yeah, if we found some mushrooms at the store that we liked. We make the dough, let it rise to a proper stuff, store it in the freezer, never to be seen again until the day we usually let it thaw for half an hour or so. Yeah, exactly. That’s what I do. We have like homemade pizza though, like at least once a week, maybe twice a week, which probably isn’t the best for you, but I feel like you could do worse for yourself. Okay, we’ve got fried calamari to give to Pierre. And I never give him any gifts because his only like is fried calamari, which is kind of a big ask. I’m not going to lie, that sounds delightful. I um the main reason I started making my own was because I can’t have cow’s milk. Um, so I was kind of limited to like the the vegan pizzas in the frozen section which never tasted very good. But then um Mr. Chaos really loved this one frozen pizza. It was like from Italy and then all of a sudden it just stopped being available here in the United States. So eventually I decided to try and figure out how to make my own pizzas. Now, I am going to go get some gifts for other people just so we’re just not only giving Pierre a gift today. So, we’ll grab a pumpkin for Crovis. Assuming I can get over there, a grape for Vincent, strawberries for Maru and Demetrius if we can. And then I think Wow, that might be it. I have nothing for Haley. That’s not ideal. And I have nothing for Alex or George. Okay, I guess we’ll go on our merry way. I’ve never had artichoke. Oh, I think that’s my favorite vegetable. It looks maybe intimidating, but basically um Oh, there’s Jess. Do we have anything for her? No. Okay, we’re going to keep going. I was saying um it looks intimidating, but it’s really cool. You basically just get a big pot of water. I put a little bit of um oil in the water or and garlic salt, but you don’t have to by any means. And then see if we can find Vincent in here. He is in here. Okay. Well, and then you just bo put the water artich chokes in the water and then like boil it. I usually do like 20 to 30 minutes. That might be wrong, but it works for me. And then um once you’re done, you fish them out, put them in a bowl, make some butter and garlic in a little spread, and then take off the leaves and dip them and just eat the like bottom parts. Throw the rest in another um bowl, and it’s great. Once you get down to the end, there’s like a fuzzy thing, and you’re like, “How do I eat this?” And you can just pull it off or scrape it off with a spoon and then the inside is the artichoke cart. Highly recommend. It’s fan. It’s truly fantastic and it’s so fun to eat because you’re like peeling it off. Like, don’t forget to drop a like, everyone. Oh, thank you so much, Jared.
