how to WIN the egg hunt in stardew valley
I don’t know about you, but I always, always want to win the egg hunt because who wouldn’t love the adorable straw hat that you get as a prize? If you’re like me, here’s how you can be Abigail every single time. First, head to the left side of Sam’s house. The second egg can be found going as far left as possible towards Cinderap forest. Third, an orange egg can be found next to the basket outside Emily and Haley’s house. Fourth, go down to the sewer to pick up another egg. Fifth, head to the tree to the right of the sewer for a blue egg. Sixth, you can head to the ocean bridge to find another orange egg. Seventh, there’s a blue egg in the bush next to the museum bridge. Eighth, you can grab the egg in the back of Louiswis’s truck. Ninth, head to the cemetery for an orange egg. And with this, you can beat Abigail, but I always like to find a tenth egg for just some fun. Now, bask in the glory of it all. You won your straw

Do you know if this route works against Sophia from Stardew Valley Expanded mod? Because I always win following it but I installed that mod and lost the first egg hunt 😅 I was shocked
I remember I won it once on one of my characters and it was my pride and joy
I never lose. I didn't think it was possible.
My first year was the only time I ever lost
I go the opposite way. Clockwise (so start going upper right and down). I've never lost the egg hunt, even when playing with friends.
I don't know if it works every time, since the 1.6 update, didn't the locations change between the odd and even years?

You need min 9 eggs
I did it differently- i went graveyard first cos there’s 2 eggs round there- it did mean i couldn’t get the egg round the back of the mayor’s hall (cos i fumbled a bit) but i still got it 😀
