VIBRANT VISUALS, NEW CAPE, CUSTOM SUPERFLATS & MORE! Minecraft 1.21.80 Update

We should all know the golden rule by now when Minecraft Bedrock Edition is first updated. That is correct. Always back up your worlds. Now, Bedrock Edition did receive a brand new full release, and yes, it does have some pretty exciting features, but it’s nothing short of having a few issues as well. I will bring those issues to your attention. If you guys have discovered anything else that is broken in this update, leave some comments down below. That being said, vibrant visuals is now available as an experiment in the latest full release. But let’s start with some good news. Did you know Minecraft Bedrock Edition players have been given another free cape? Yes, it is this one. It is called the common cape. And the only way to obtain this is literally by signing in with your accounts on the latest versions of Minecraft Bedrock. And yes, it will be transferred over to Minecraft Java. So, make sure once you’ve updated to 1.21.80, you just log in a free cape. And like I mentioned, this is the first version. Vibrant visuals is no longer locked behind the beta and preview and can be accessed in the full game. This is exciting news. Okay, but first, the issues in the latest version. A lot of you have been commenting saying, “Hey, Echo, the trains add-on isn’t working in the latest full release.” Pod Crash did address this, basically saying the most recent update for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which is 1.21.80, broke their add-on. Now, Mojang have confirmed that this was a bug and that a fix will be out in the next 24 to 48 hours. So, if this add-on hasn’t been working for you, it also hasn’t been working for me and the rest of the community, but it will be fixed very soon. Now, I did see a couple of you also commenting this ever since the latest update released on Xbox Series X and S. Apparently, it’s been giving this issue where things simply do not load. So, if you have this problem, you are also not alone. Like I said, it looks like this version has come with some issues. And one final thing before we get into this, going back two months ago, I made this video where add-ons do not disable your achievements. Now, apparently, a bunch of you have been commenting over the past like 24 hours, basically saying that it’s now been reverted. Now, it’s not meant to be reverted. So, it seems like this is an issue in 1.21.80. So again, we go back to the golden rule. Always back up your worlds before you play in anything in the latest updates. Just make sure you back them up. I am expecting a hot fix for Minecraft Bedrock Edition very soon. With that being said, let’s get into this update. There is so much to go through. Let’s get into the exciting features and bug fixes. If you’re a longtime console edition player, great news. The flatworld presets are finally here. These were iconic on the 4J Studios version. They said in the advanced tab of the create new world screen, enable flatworld to access flatworld presets. Classic flat, tunnelers dream, water world, overworld, snowy kingdom, bottomless pit, desert, and redstone ready. Now, just as a heads up, this is not complete, but they wanted to give it to us ASAP because we they know how useful this is going to be to the Minecraft players. So, when you create a brand new world on Minecraft Bedrock Edition, now if you go to the advanced tab, you are going to notice we still have the flat world toggle, but it looks a little bit different. We now have presets. So, this has been the basic version of flats for Minecraft Bedrock Edition for I think the last 10 years. Yes, that long. And we do not have structures as of yet. I hope they get introduced in the future. You have a drop-down menu where you can literally pick anything you wanted to. Let’s say you wanted to check out the redstone ready worlds. This is going to slightly change and you can get a very brief preview of these worlds just to have a quick look at what you’re possibly going to be checking out. Desert as well. Let’s go and check out the redstone ready. Uh, one thing to also be mentioned here though, this still disables your achievements even if you’re playing in survival, which is quite a shame to be honest with you. So yeah, things are going to look a lot different. If we were to type in obviously redstone, the reason why this is popular is because of course you can see things very, very easily when you place down redstone. It’s been a very popular one for a very long time. And as you can see here, has a lot of blocks that you’re able to dig down. So, if you wanted to create insane structures in the floor, it’s now possible. But great news, custom super flats are finally here after like a decade of Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Great news. Let’s move on to accessibility. Fixed an issue where text to speech wasn’t working on Android Fire tablet devices. Audio fixes. Fixed an issue where all sounds in Windows stops working after 40 to 41% loading. I encountered that. It’s now been fixed. Music and sounds will no longer play once the save and exit button is pressed. Fixed wolf spawning sounds not using the appropriate sound varants. We have a bug report. So, as they said, summoning wolves with a spawn egg doesn’t play any new wolf sounds when spawned. It was just generating the default wolves you’ve already known in Minecraft. That has now been changed where they can play the other custom sounds. So, let’s test this out. That’s a different one. That’s a different one. That’s a different one. So, yes, it’s now obviously going to be randomly generated and they can play the custom sounds. They also fixed credits music not playing if entering credits from the settings menu while the game is paused. Ambient block sounds. The ambient sounds for sand block, dead bush block, and terracotta block can now be played. We have a bug report, but we also have blocks changes. Let’s make sure we read the change log as well. So, in one of the most recent updates, the audio is meant to play in a specific location. Now, there’s also a video down here of somebody actually testing this out to see if they could get it to work, but it just simply wasn’t playing any of the audio at all. It’s meant to be like wind is sweeping through and you could kind of feel the sand brushing towards you and going in your eyes. It’s actually a pretty cool atmospheric experience, but unfortunately it has been broken prior to this version. As for the blocks changes, I just feel like I didn’t need to place down blocks for all of this information. It does say sapling age bits no longer regresses after an unsuccessful growth attempt. Now, just to explain the situation here, people were trying to grow cherry trees in like a one by one area. It would consume the bone meal, but it would not grow the tree at all. It simply was not possible. No longer will the bone meal be consumed. And they’ve also made all of these changes as well. I am going to go through some of these changes, but I just feel like the random offset ones, I can’t really show you these in in great detail. So, a lot of offset changes with blocks have now been introduced to be on par with Java bundles. Empty open bundle icon now renders correctly when bundles are tapped with touch controls. So, for mobile players, character creator fixed an issue that caused the wrongsized player model to show when using custom skins. We have a bug report. So, I had this problem and it really annoyed me. I like to use the Steve hands, right? It just looks a little bit better on my skin. If you were using the Steve skin, it would default to Alex. And if you were using the Alex skin, it would default to Steve. And it just never ever fixed. It was such a pain. It was an issue in some of the previous versions. It’s now been resolved. Game play. Players will no longer pass through blocks placed around X or Z coordinates that are power of two. For example, 256, 512, 1,024. We have a bug report, but let’s also read the change log. So, players could actually noclipip through iron doors. Yeah, I’m not kidding. There’s actually a video of it down here. So, if you hit a certain angle, you could actually phase through it like like this person is just going to show a demonstration. There you go. You can just get through the door. You are practically a ghost. Again guys, just to save us a little bit of time, I haven’t placed all of the gameplay stuff on signs like removed access to virtual and mixed reality gameplay, not necessarily stuff we need to go over in game. However, things such as the deep slate, redstone, or once again lights up after interacting with it. I’m going to show you some of these. A lot of players are also not happy about this. Fix the bug that a player can sprint in water faster than swimming. A lot of you like that bug. That’s no longer going to be possible, unfortunately. And a really good change here is the trail ruins now generate the same location in mutated birch forests between Java and Bedrock on the same world seed. Pretty good change. Have you ever noticed a villager or a player basically lying to the side of a bed and it’s like visually funny but also broken? Yes, they finally fixed this. So, if you were lying in a bed, you would literally be over here. I would typically see it with villages. They are saying it’s been somewhat fixed. Now, if we do for/ time and we do set to midnight real quick. If I was to kind of activate this, hold on one second. There’s a way to do it where you can kind of just keep it going. There you go. So, you can still spam this, right? But over a certain period of time, it’s now going to phase away. So, as you can see here, deep slate redstone ore no longer stays infinitely lit up after interacting with it. Yes, it will stay lit up for a long time, but it will actually phase out as it did right here. When respawning from death while gliding or swimming, players will now have the correct collision. We have a bug report. This bug was pretty funny. Been an issue since December 2024. But if we go down here, this person managed to obviously suffocate and kill themselves real quick. But when they respawned, they kind of created somewhat of a ghost block. This has now been resolved. Two more elytra changes. Changed elytra so that while gliding, using a firework will only be used as a boost even when placed on a block. But also, they fixed an issue where using a firework with an elytra in another block like sugarcane would result in rubber banding. I’m not going to show you the issue in the bug reports. I’m just going to try and show you it here. So, basically, if you were to kind of like boost inside of that, it would pull you back. Now, every time you use this, even if placed on a block, it should be used as a boost. It’s hard to demonstrate this one here. Hold on. But I’m pretty sure they make another change with this in some of the upcoming betas and previews cuz sometimes it would be consumed and it wouldn’t boost you. Anyway, elytra is meant to be much better in these latest versions. Moving on to general enabled filter profanity toggle on PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox platforms. Now, as a heads up, in order to access this, if we were to type something like crap in chat, for example, you can turn this off. Now, if we go into settings, I think it’s inside of general, we have this. Obviously, if you’re a parent, you want to make sure this is on. If you’re a little bit more mature and have more of an adult kind of realm and server, you can actually turn this off and it’s going to show in chat right there. But obviously be be very cautious with this, especially if you’re playing on a realm with a lot of people. Try and be considerate. Items fixed a bug where most usable items could not be used while targeting a mob spawner. We have a bug report. So, as it outlines, most items can’t be used when aiming at a mob spawner. been an issue in all of these versions and a quick summary was all of those features and even a quick video right here. So, they were trying to obviously fire an arrow or throw an ender pearl or drink a honey bottle, etc. Yeah, that’s now been resolved. I’ll show you a basic demonstration here. It doesn’t matter if it’s lit or not. As you can see here, we’re now able to use these and consume these things. It was just one of those strange bugs that existed. And mangrove roots can now be used as fuel in furnaces. Great news. Um, so if you like to use these as a quick food source or to smelt some ores or anything else in Minecraft, it’s now possible. Fixed an issue where adding items to a slot in a chest while it is being updated by a hopper might remove the items. Mobs fixed a bug where named slimes and magma cubes lose their names when splitting. So strange bug, but it’s now been resolved. So, if we find a slime like this, tap the name on them, and they split into small pieces, we have lots of slimies. That’s now been resolved. The same for also a magma. Let’s go ahead and quickly try this one. We have lots of fiery slimes as you can see there. Although, come on, separate. There we go. Lots of slimies. Creaking no longer despawns on world reload. Parrots can now imitate phantoms, zoglins, guardians, ravagers, pillagers, and blaze. So, I want to obviously show you this verse a wither skeleton. I don’t know why I haven’t put wither skeleton on there. That’s also something else that they can imitate as well. They previously never imitated them. Now, they will along with anything else. Witches apparently. Um, if we was to do for slash summon a ravager, it’s hard to tell cuz all they want to do is kill everything. But yes, believe it. Parrots can now imitate more mobs. Farm bomb animal spawn eggs used in the mangrove swamp biome will now spawn the same variants of chicken, cow, and pigs as seen in the Java edition. We have a bug report. So basically, it was spawning the cold variants of cows, chickens, and pigs. and it should have been the warm ones. So, if we come to this location and spawn them, as you can see, they’ve now been slightly changed and they are the correct types. Mobs no longer have difficulty inflicting reoccurring hits when very close to non-moving players. We also have a bug report. So, the issue at hand here is if you got too close to a mob, like an Enderman, for example, yes, they could hit you, but if you just stand still, they can no longer hit you at all. Um, and he was just angry at you for no reason, but then eventually could hit you once again. That’s been fixed. I did also forget to show you this, but apparently now in the latest version, it might have been the reason why I had the wither skeleton here. Apparently, they can path vines and move in lava, and they don’t burn now. So, these are going to be a lot more mobile. So, if you do have any kind of farms with these, just be a little bit more cautious. I’m going to go to for/ame mode S here. I mean, kind of. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t say he’s moving in in great detail, but looks like he’s causing an issue for him. Apparently, they’re meant to be able to move a lot better in lava, and they don’t burn. As for the Enderman, they can keep hitting you now. I don’t know where he just disappeared to. He just completely disappeared. So, he can keep hitting you on the spot now, and you’re eventually going to die. Camels no longer spawn in spaces that are way too small for them. Farmer villages no longer occasionally get stuck when collecting growing crops. We have a bug report with this one. Now, this has been an issue since 2023. they would just simply get stuck in a very small location. Apparently, pitcher pods were one of those things causing issues. I don’t necessarily have a picture here. They did explain how to reproduce these, but villagers, especially farmer ones, should be much better now. Fix evoker legs not moving when walking. So, if we summon this and we did forward slummon a villager here, or we did forward slashsummon an iron golem, for example, where they’re going to have a fight. Basically, when they were kind of moving at the bottom, they did not have any uh movement in their legs. They were kind of just still. So, that was resolved. Realms. Let’s read the change log. Once again, more improvements and fixes in regards to realms. If you’ve encountered any of these issues, they should be fixed. If you’ve got any more issues, make sure you report them. Recipes fixed a bug where players could still craft unknown recipes when do limited crafting game rule was enabled. Stability and performance. I put it all inside of this book. Fix a bug that could occasionally cause an error when creating a realm on an empty slot. This one is fixed a crash that could could sometimes occur when certain folded textures failed to load. And a couple more other fixes that I just feel like didn’t necessarily need to be on signs. And this is also going to be the same for the user interface, but we’re going to read the change log. A lot of changes. So, you probably noticed by now this update is dominated by bug fixes. Some are bigger than others. All of these changes once again didn’t need to be on signs or inside of a book. I’d be wasting your time and my time. But if you have had any issues, please be sure to check the change log down below so you can see the actual and the correct fixes. So yes, a lot of changes, just not really things that I can show you. Moving on to vanilla Java par. Starting with general, add magic crit particles for enchanted weapons to better match the Java edition. So if we was to get a non-enchanted one here, hit him or crit hit him. You can see it’s got particles, but they’re not really cool. Check out the particles with an enchanted weapon. You’ve got all these like bluish purplish. I’m color blind, so sorry. But it looks a lot better. Now, if we was to do for/enchants app, we did unbreaking three. It’s enchanted, but doesn’t actually have any special like sharpness, for example. So, they still don’t count. It looks like it’s for weapons that have like sharpness, knockback, smite, etc. Items. Cut sandstone slabs can now be crafted in the stone cutter using the cut sandstone. And this is the exact same for the red version. So, prior to this, these blocks did not create these. Once again, a bedrock parody. A good one at that. So, I don’t pay close attention to this stuff. Has this been a nerf for bedrock or a buff? Totem of Undying now gives you the same 45 second regen as Java. So if you get yourself a totem, you put this in your off hands and you pop it. We’re going to get ready to hit this real quick. This is now 45. I don’t know what it was previously. Somebody let me know. Uh, another change here is she is now consumed durability when used on a beehive and bee nests with the full honey level. So if we do give app and we do some shears here, they will now obviously lose a little bit of durability. Shields now take durability damage from explosions. So we’re going to test this out real quick here. So if we grab this light this should take explosive damage on the shield now. It does. In fact, this one took quite a lot of damage. So be very careful obviously fighting things like creepers. Moving on to mobs. It says the maximum amount of raw rabbits dropped from rabbits has now been increased per one level of looting. So obviously regular one, two, and three. If we was to kill it with one. I mean we can get a lot more if we were to kill it with three for example. Apparently not. Come on. It’s meant to give you a lot more. We got three on that occasion. And if we were to kill it with two, we got hide on that occasion. Basically, you get more bang for your buck with the looting enchantment. Moving on to structures. Woodland Mansion. Iron axe with efficiency one now always generates in a chest inside Woodland Mansion’s tree chopping room. We do have a bug report, but a lot of people don’t like this because apparently you could find a really random cap with efficiency one. It’s now always going to be an axe. Yeah. So, efficiency one items, cap, pants, tunic, boots, golden apple. It was a rarity item that everyone wanted to collect. I don’t see any more images down here, but yeah, a lot of people are kind of sad by this change. It was a Bedrock funny exclusive. Moving on to experimental features. You need to turn on the toggle to enjoy these next features. Game Drop 2 2025 experiments. Okay, so great news. The dried ghast is here can be found in the Nether in Nether fossil structures and can be crafted with one bone block and eight gas tiers. This recipe is going to change. It also explains how the dried gas and gasling works. So, this is now going to be in replace of this in the latest beta and preview. It’s currently active, but as of right now, to make one of these, you open up a crafting table. This goes in the middle, and this all goes around the outsides. And this can be placed in water. It’s going to start making these funny noises and eventually it will become a gasling. Now, we do have a special command here for the Gastling. We can give a Gastling snowballs. Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it. Which will eventually No, I’m sorry. Which will eventually grow into the new Happy Ghast. There you go. But we need to put a furnace on this. Let’s just very quickly read the change log. Being honest with you guys, we’ve went over these changes so many times. So many times in beta and preview, so many times in other updates. If you don’t know how the happy gas works by now, I would highly recommend going to check out some of my older videos. But short way is you end up with a dried gas. It grows into a gasling, then into a happy ghast, which can be ridden with a harness by four players. And if you stand on top of it, it stays still. So, while we’ve got him there, he’s very, very happy to make yourself a harness. It does not matter what kind of wool you use. So, if we just type in harness, for example, sure, we can make this one, but it comes in all different versions and can be redyed. So, we now need to find our good old happy gas friends and then we can ride him. But if we get on top, he doesn’t move at all. They’re actually amazing. They’re they’re really really cool. They’re going to be absolutely perfect for builders. Looking up will take you up. Looking down will take you down. They’re super cute. Although in this version, I don’t think they have the leash attachment where they can go underneath. That’ll be the next update. Apparently, they also updated the ghast texture. I don’t want to get myself killed on this occasion, but I don’t really notice too much of a difference with him, but apparently he has slightly changed to being obviously corresponding to the happy ghast uh commands. They’ve added the new game rule commands for the locator bar. So, if we do forward slash I think it’s game rule locator bar. Um, this has now been set to true or you can have this as false as well, which will turn it off. We went over the locator bar in a lot of detail as well. Uh, all the information is inside of here with how it works. It’s a cool introduction. It’s going to help you find your friends, but in the latest beta and preview, it has been once again improved. There is also a couple of issues with this as well. So, for me personally, I’d probably have the locator bar off for now. Happy gas. I mean, not too much is changing with it in the near future, but again guys, you need the experiments on for those features. Vibrant visuals. This is finally available. I have two separate things here. Starting with the known issues. There is a lot of known issues. Some visual corruptions may exist on certain Android devices. Particularly with the Mali GPUs and then some surface issues, light issues. There is a few issues within this. Um, and then there’s a lot of explanation behind how this works. However, it does not work on Switch. Whether it’s going to support Switch 2, we do not know. Supported devices include Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Android, iOS, and PC. These are the specs for Android. These are the specs for iOS. You do need a PC running uh Minecraft on DX12. And then they explained that they do hope to introduce more obviously uh devices and specs in the future. It’s still a work in progress, which is why it’s still hidden behind the experimental. I’m not going to read a giant wall of text to you. I’m going to show you how to access it. But you need to turn on the experiments, otherwise it’s not going to work. To access this, head into your settings. Now, there is a quick way to obviously switch this, but I’m going to show you the manual way. Go down to video and scroll down to the bottom. I had mine on simple. I usually play on fancy. Not sure why it defaulted to this, but it explains why they didn’t actually have the circle on the mobs. Anyway, vibrant visuals. This is all down to player discretion. If you don’t have the greatest device, performance is going to be your best option. If you have a good device, visuals might be your best option. I’m going to go with visuals, but I’m going to customize this. Don’t worry, it’s still under this one, but it’s still going to be customized. I don’t need it to be 24 chunks, being totally honest with you. Go into this option and adjust your brightness. Now, I find a little bit lower is probably the best way to do it. It’s completely up to you. I hope they add a numbers in here, but I like to have mine a little bit further down. You then got shadow. Feel free to mess around with these. Completely up to you. I’m going to put this on max for the sake of today’s video. We also have this. We also have this. Again, I’m not quite sure what they actually do. And then resolution. Now, when we back out, vibrant visuals is going to be active. I find forward/time set day is the best time to kind of somewhat experience this. And if you consider this to be too bright, then not a problem. Go ahead and adjust your settings. Um, but the water looks so cool. Again, this is like the basic version of Vibrant Visuals. It’s not perfect by any means and honestly it’s going to be quite difficult to play in in general. Um, but it’s finally here after years. After years, it is finally here for Minecraft Bedrock Edition players. So, if we do for/ time set and we do sunrise, for example, it’s a pretty nice experience for sure. I like the like fog effect. We’ll then do forward slashtime set and we’ll do day. This is my favorite favorite. I love the pixels. And another really cool way to see these pixels is if we get in water real quick and do forward slash summon a bee without them dying. You can kind of somewhat see their pixels on the surface there. They look actually amazing. I’m going to do it again. Can see them with the sun. It’s so cool. My happy guest over there. He’s nearly ready to be a ghastling. Um, we’ll also do forward slash time set and noon. So, I do consider this to be quite bright. Now, on uh Windows there’s a quick select button. It’s simply by typing in that button, not typing it in, but pressing it will actually quick switch it. Um, sometimes a little bit buggy, sometimes it’s not. But I find noon to be really, really bright. So, then obviously you’re going to have to go down, go to your options, adjust, and then lower it down. Now it looks so much better, right? But then if we go forward/ time set and we do sunset for example, that’s also really really cool, right? Looks really cool. Then we do for/ time set and we do nights. It becomes very hard to see things for/ time set and we do midnight. It’s not too bad, but it’s just a little bit too dark. So that’s the problem. I haven’t actually found a sweet spot with this. And I’m curious if you guys actually have found a sweet spot at all. just mess around with it. But yeah, like this is not too bad in my opinion. I can deal with this. But then for/ time set and noon, it’s just it’s I’m blinded, man. I’m blinded by it. So yeah, for/ time set day is definitely the best. I’ve had a lot of people saying does actions and stuff work? I actually don’t know. Let’s try. So I have it enabled um and it’s working fine for me. I don’t know if the custom experience is working, but it’s working for me. And we have the creeper chasing me. So, yes, 1.4 is working at least, which is pretty cool to see. That’s a It’s a It’s actually really, really cool to see. So, yeah, actions and stuff plus vibrant visuals is like honestly, it’s the best thing ever. I’m so happy that this is actually a thing. So, yeah, for those asking about this, it works in this version. I don’t know if it’s going to support multiplayer or anything like that. Um, I don’t think they’ve actually done anything to the happy ghast at all. But, uh, yeah, all the mobs, all the mobs and everything else seem to be working completely fine. I seem to be working fine. Let’s see what the breaking animation is like. That also seems to be working completely fine as well. For/give app. We’ll go a diamond sword. Where’s that creeper at? I think he’s gone. Forward slash summon a husk real quick. There we go. So, yeah. Uh uh it seems to be working completely fine for those that are curious. I don’t know what’s actually going to be broken with it, but apparently it’s not meant to be supported. Anyway, let’s read the change log. We have a lot of technical changes. So, this has been one of the biggest technical update changes. If you are a technical Minecraft player, I would highly recommend having a read. This is way over my brain knowledge of Minecraft technical stuff, but to a lot of people, this is going to be super super important. It just means marketplace content, add-ons in general, servers, everything else is just going to get so much better for the Bedrock community. It’s really nice to see. Anyway, if you made it this far in today’s video, leave a comment and say, “Hey, Ekko, isn’t that a really nice sunrise?” Anyway, that’s 1.21.80 completes. I’ll see you all hopefully in the next beta and preview or the next update. Have a wonderful day.

  1. Sorry for the delay on this upload, it was another big update to go through! I just wanted to make sure I had the right changelog rather than doing what other creators do and record it in beta/preview build. 2. can anyone tell me if anyone else is dealing with server issues? i can’t join any of the ones i was playing before the update, and since then they won’t let me join

  3. Hi Ecko, can you make a playlist of the best Bedrock Add-Ons for a survival experience? Or maybe some specific playlists for add-on reviews

  4. Idk if this is happening only to me, but Vibrant Visuals at Preview seemed to be way more optimized than it is right now in the actual game. With the settings at the minimum i'm getting 25 fps, at preview i was getting 45. I am playing on an xbox one btw

  5. My game is still bugging. Do you know when Minecraft is gonna fix that cause I’m not able to check out the update or anything it’s just a black and purple screen and most of everything is gone all the text.

  6. Hey Eko, nice sun set/rise, but the X-Box One dose not seam to even have in the 1.21.80 have Vibrant Visuals, Preview has it as an option, except it can't be selected. Anyone else have this come up? Again on X-Box One Minecraft v1.21.80

  7. You notice how the happy ghast moves different in this one it looks in one direction snd moves sideways and up and down i. 1.21.90ish it moves like a normal ghast

  8. Another bug with vibrant visuals is the very random lag spikes and i play with a series s and it doesn't lag at all when im playing normally, but at the most random times it will lag for like 10 seconds and go away also you get the lag spikes when you go into a menu

  9. BUG FOUND… Ok soooo… action and stuff will not work on experimental worlds with addons, if your world is not in experimental it should be ok havent tested the worlds too much but in experimental the actions and stuff texture pack WILL crash your game. Not sure if it is due to the game update or the texture pack update. PLEASE HElP if you know any fixes

  10. Anyone know why all of sudden it says I can’t earn achievements anymore since I have add ons and I’m still earning achievements with the addons on?

  11. Can confirm Actions and Stuff does NOT work with addon worlds eg: experimental needed addons. It works ok with normal play and addons in normal play but experimental will bug or crash with the texture pack 🙁

  12. You should mention something about how frostwalker armor stands don’t work like they do in java and it completely ruins that way of making an ender pearl stasis chamber. I’m sure all other bedrock players would love a stasis chamber that didn’t rely on a timer

  13. On Xbox and probably PS5 I noticed that my solo world is very delayed/laggy. My character moves about 2 seconds after I move the joystick and my friends on realms can’t even join the realm and when they do it’s also very laggy. I also noticed with the inventory manager add on I can’t craft the drawer remote. I’m not sure if they took that out for some reason but it’s not a recipe and I don’t know why. Thanks !

  14. Vibrant visuals looks nice but I hope they give the blocks some texture in the future, at some times the reflection just lets blocks look like plastic

  15. With this update, I'm getting the notification that I can't get achievements anymore in my modified world. When we got the last big update this happened and I had a backup before adding add ons for this reason, but that backup is so much progress ago… So now I have to recreate another copy of my vanilla world and then re apply my add ons and regain that progress… This is annoying, along with the crashes with 4 plus add ons or big ones like BoB and A&S. Extremely disappointed by how the updates have been working on the Switch alongside add ons. The more issues I come across the more I want to buy a PC and move back to Java. Redoing 2 months of progress sucks so bad, and I could have just continued making vanilla progress this entire time.

  16. I can't currently run marketplace texture add ons with retx enabled. If I do, glowstones and lava no longer glow. Still working fine with non-marketplace add ons

  17. Wait vibrant visuals is out? Wow! Thought I’m not 100% sure if it’ll be an option on my device though I hope it is!
Edit: my device doesn’t support RTX which explains why there’s not even a toggle for vibrant visuals.😅

  18. The notification saying your not able to earn achievements on a world where you could earn them prior is a visual bug!! U can still earn achievements while running however many add ons, I have personally tested this! No stress U guys ! :0

  19. This new update is breaking my game SOO badly that I can't even play on my world anymore😭

Minecraft literally does not function anymore.

  20. I don't know If this bug or not

I can't changes my skin and access marketplace on my Android device it's before 1.21.72 is fine, but after I update to 1.21.80 can't change my skin even I have good internet pls anyone same problem this???
