Designing a NEW Desert House in My Minecraft Forever World
Whenever I can’t think of something to build, I start searching for inspiration. And sometimes I find the perfect picture to inspire my next Minecraft build. Turning another art form into a Minecraft build is also a great way to become a better builder. This art caught my eye because of the large wooden section on the second floor, so I really wanted to recreate that in my build. Inside the city, I tend to have a lot of flatter roofs, so I also want to add in that domed roof part along the back as it’ll help add some vertical interest. And of course, we need more towers here. they never really go wrong. So, I’m stealing that idea, too. From here, I took my own route to detail and fill in all of the smaller spaces and change things up from the original art. A few hours of building later, and here’s that inspo pick again. And here’s the final copy of my build in Minecraft coming together to fit inside this huge city I’m building in the desert.

And where do you come up with the blocks you need to ensure you nail the build? I can build squares. But, they look like a noob on day 1.
