For those wondering what the background song is, it's the Otherwordly Hallow song. To listen to it yourself you'll need to talk to the party girl and clicking the "music" button in her menu. After that go to the Hallow and you will hear this song. If you want this song in your base so you don't have to go to the hallow, just buy a music box from the wizard and place it in your accessory slot. After it hits the chance to turn into a different music box, take it off and place it in your base, then turn it on.
Will it finally be optimized? All the ultra hd cool stuff is useless if you cant play a server with your friends and even singleplayer sometimes without the game dying. These devs abuse particles and high density textures like hell.
